Overall a very good hotel - lots to like depending on what you are after. Al La carte restaurants were all very good (book before you go using app). Buffet has very good selection. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location to central Faliraki 1-2 min walk is great if want to be on top of things. Breach access is great if want to be on the lively beach with watersport access which at this end is pure sand. Can take long walks along beach both ways
needing to reserve a sunbed (not hotels fault!) - people do get up 7.30am to lay down towels. End June could still walk down maybe 9.30am but wont necessarily get prime positions.
No major concerns but on reflection we would have chosen a quieter adult only location - that's just where we are in life now

Great place. The staff was very friendly. There are crepes near the pool the whole day and they are amazing.
The food at the main restaurant can be better.

Great facility in Faliraki, yiu have everything you need inside the hotel - food, drink, snack, deserts, kids activities etc.
The staff was very kind, and did the best to accommodate us as if it was our home place.
Food was sometimes overseasoned, sometimes underseasoned.

Pools, drinks were excellent, food in the buffet restaurant. The whole stay was amazing
Some desserts were not so great and Might be helpful to have a menu in the bar to get ideas which coctail to order :)

Great service and great staff. Very helpful and proffesional attitude towards guests. We were granted better (bigger) room as a free benefit, which we apreciated much as we stayed with a baby.

The main dining room food was not of a very high standard .without the a la carte restaurants the food would have been disappointing

Localization was perfect. Every single attraction of Rhodes was very close from Faliraki. Food was delicious!
Beds need to be better (king sizes should be provided) for couples.

Nice food and drinks selection, good location, staff are all nice and welcoming this was actually one of the best service we had from hotel staff in a while so this made our stay fantastic .
Room too small to be called a family room, it was very hard to move around in the room.

clean, staff looked after you.
we had problems booking restaurants however the staff helped us to book however we didn’t get to try them all. The main restaurant is busy and food is limited for children

Everything just as you would expect from a 5*, nice facilities, excellent services, very good food, well located, etc. We really liked it very much!
Outside gym focusing on weight-lifting only.
I cannot recommend the hair dresser the Spa is working with, go to the barber shop in the neighboring hotel.

Excellent location, probably best part of Faliraki beach, nice and sand beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Would like to give a special mention and thanks to restaurant manager, who always made us feel welcome and was very helpful and polite. Loved the choice of international drinks. There were never any queues in any of the 3 bars.
Pool opening hours 9:30-18:30.

I stayed for 5 nights in room 168. I had a balcony with full see view. The room size was very good but the bathroom was a bit small.
The staff in the restaurants, at the reception and the pool area were very friendly and helpful: Stergio the concierge helped us organise a surprise birthday for my sister, Lela, Nevila and Mathews were very nice , smiling and caring.
The beds and pillows were on the hard side.

The room was very nice! Ample in size, with suitable furniture, comfy bed, and nice pillows, that were not saggy, like so many other places! I also like the light-blocking curtain, very much. Our whole group (10 in all) very much enjoyed the special/themed restaurants. I also enjoyed both my room's outdoor pool, and resort's outdoor gym, during one of the days of my stay.
Although I know it's the custom in the area, I don't like the half-wall shower door. I had to be very conscious of how I blocked the stream of water from the shower, to prevent spillage onto the floor. The very first night, I arrived late and the main dining area was relatively empty. And the food really didn't impress me at all! (at least not the entrees) But then, the other days that we tried this restaurant--when it was more crowded--I found the food to be fine.

Cleaning service were very good / room service 5/10 / Gym Team - perfect / Lifeguard 8/10
Management of Hotel didn’t check suspect guests about COVID threat - after 5days being Only inside Hotel Area we were infected by COVID.
During our isolation - one of member of room service come to our isolation room - when we informed him, that we were during COVID isolation - the answer of room service member - „It is not a problem i am ill Too” we were terrified … also the Number of coughing People should force the managment to prevent dengerous …
We will try to avoid the hotelu like this type in the future - to avoid risk of COVID And others diseases …

Beautiful hotel in a nice location, having own beach. The all inclusive concept is so convenient when you travel with kids. The food was very fresh and varied to meet all the tastes, including our 1, 5 year's old baby. Family orientated hotel, they provide us with bottles steriliser in the room and potty, which we have found very useful. We have enjoyed our stay here, especially a la carte restaurants every evening, where the service was excellent. Looking forward to go back!

very friendly staff, nice pools
Location - very tourist area, not even Greek, it caters to Germans. The beach even has the German flag and the TVs in the room are only in German. There isn’t much to do in this area unless you like sitting down all day in restaurants or in the hotel.
Beach - The beach is rundown, and no nice beach bars/clubs.
Hotel rooms - defo not 5*! Doesn’t even have two sinks! Very old design, nothing modern about the rooms. The only thing thats good are the beds they are comfy. They do clean the rooms daily too. I would say the rooms are 2-3*. I had loads of mosquitos in my room and I’m quite sensitive to bites so it was a shame i got bitten. The air con is dated and I got a stuffy nose from sleeping with it on. Really poor hotel rooms, defo need to be renovated.
Spa - there is no spa lol. This hotel really misled me! Their version of a “spa” is just a tiny room where you can get beauty treatments and massages. There is no sauna, steam room etc. I’d suggest the hotel take out the term “spa” in their name cause there isn’t one.
Gym - there is no gym. They have an outdoor athletic bar and couple of weights and one bench chair lol. You cannot call that a gym! Again, so misled! Avoid this hotel if you want to go gym on your holiday.
Food - food was average. They had nice greek food and desserts and the staff are really friendly and prompt. However, because this hotel caters to Germans, there’s a lot of pork. If you’re vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan or want halal food, I’d avoid the food area in this hotel and just stick to the salad bar. The bar area is nice, would be good if they cater more drinks to those who don’t drink alcohol.
Entertainment - The games room is a disaster!! So run down, its literally a white box with some old dated games! For a 5* hotel I was expecting a mini arcade!
Pool - pools are nice, sad thing is that it closes at 6pm. Plus, all guests like to wake up at 6am and throw their towels on the sun beds which is pretty pathetic.

Kitchen’s staff and reception are lovely.
Cleaners comes 3 times/ day in the rooms and the last one is at 9:00 pm (while baby is sleeping…) sometimes for more suspens they open your door and no knocking even with the « don’t disturb » card on the door.
All transat are reserved by single beach towels from morning till evening. 7 days and no day luck to have one.
You must be very very patient to get your food, very long queue for only one lonely man who cooks thousands crepes per day.
No very positive memories of five stars hotel service’s.

Lovely all inclusive hotel on the beach in Faliraki, food great, staff friendly especially Stergos the concierge who made our stay extra special

The hotel has great food options and the a la carte restaurants are really good, but you need to book yourself in. The hotel is right by a nice shallow beach which is great too. Sun-beds and beach bar are great too. Staff have been really great too.
The hotel is much smaller than I expected. The rooms are very outdated. There aren’t enough sun-beds by the pools, there is apparently a policy that reserving them isn’t allowed and that towels left unattended will be reminded - this isn’t enforced at all though. Pool opens at 10, but by 9 most if not all are reserved and none is actually there until the pool opens. I managed to get a pool side spot for about 2-3hrs on one day only- (2,5 day stay)

The fact that every 5 seconds someone from the staff storms in your room!!! in one hour I had around 5 staff members open the room door!
it was ok to be honest but not good value for the money!
