Ótima experiência, voltando a Paraty, ficaremos novamente.

Amamos a estadia. Café da manha simples, mas completo. Funcionários simpáticos. Localização PERFEITA!! Quarto com janela, limpo, cama boa, tudo ótimo.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, me senti em casa!

Pousada excelente, o quarto maravilhoso (cama confortável, frigobar, ar-condicionado...) Ótima localização, a pousada fica próxima do centro histórico, rodoviária, comércios, e do cais de barcos. Diferencial: Todas as tardes, os funcionários deixam uma garrafa de café e bolinho disponível para os hóspedes (sem nenhum custo). Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Nota 10!! (voltarei mais vezes).

Muito boa! Recomendo.

Recepcionistas muito simpáticas, café da manhã excelente. Localização ótima, próximo de tudo e sem precisar ir de carro para os lugares.

Quarto embaixo acaba escutando barulho do pessoal tomando café de manhã, se a pessoa não quer ser acordada, reservar um dos quartos do andar de cima. Banheiro com retorno do cheiro do esgoto, mas nada muito forte. Solucionamos deixando a porta fechada.

No tenía duchador en el inodoro que sería práctico, deberían considerarlo a falta de videt

Adoreeeeei e irei me hospedar novamente SIM 🤩

Com toda certeza eu recomendo. A pousada fica bem no centro, próximo do centro histórico, do cais, do terminal rodoviário e dos restaurantes, você anda 5 minutos e já chegou rsrs. A recepção é incrível, 24horas a nossa disposição. O quarto super confortável, tem ar condicionado, frigobar, toalhas e um edredom macio demais; café da manhã nem se fala 😋😋😋. Eles oferecem toalhas, e nos deixam aquecer alimentos no micro-ondas e afins. Eu super recomendo e vou voltar novamente a Paraty e claro, me hospedar na pousada Konquista.

Não tive nenhum motivo para reclamar. Eles foram muito solícitos

Acomodação simples

A pousada tem uma ótima localização, perto do centro histórico. O café da manhã também foi bom, com várias opções de pão, bolos, frutas, etc. O lugar também é silencioso durante a noite e é possível descansar bem.

O que não gostei foi o cheio de mofo no quarto quando entrei. Deixei a janela traseira aberta o tempo todo para melhorar o ar. Depois de 24h começou a melhorar. As paredes estavam um pouco sujas, o espelho do banheiro também estava todo manchado e o frigobar estava com um pouco de ferrugem. O colchão da cama estava afundando um pouco no centro. E a válvula do vaso sanitário parou de funcionar no penúltimo dia da estadia.

Muito bom

Localização muito boa, tudo muito perto. Acabei não utilizando o estacionamento que ficava a 500m da pousada. Café da manha um pouco simples, porem serve a seu proprosito. Quarto pequeno, mas aconchegante.

Bom custo x benefício

Ótima localização, estacionamento fora pousada mas num estacionamento bem localizado, café da manhã razoável e os funcionários atenciosos.

Falta tomadas no quarto, iluminação muito fraca, ar condicionado fraco, falta iluminação no banheiro e vaso entope com facilidade.

Excelent location but needs improvements.

The location is excellent, very close to the historical site, within a walking distance. Very close also to several facilities such as bakeries, pharmacies and more popular stores. It is a quiet place.

I stayed for three days, and the room was not cleaned during this period. The towels are old. There was a hole in the ceiling. The view of the room was not very nice because there was an awning in front of it. The linen could be cleaner.

good value for money, but needs improvement in guest services

good value for money, very well located and most staff were so helpful and kinda that we felt welcomed.

we negotiated a half-day stay at the hotel because we booked a boat ride with them so that upon our return we would have enough time to shower and prepare for our departure with comfort, but the last staff made us hurry up and feel uncomfortable because they had overbooked the rooms. not very professional in terms of guest services, they should communicate better or at least not make the guest feel rushed when overbooking was clearly their fault.

It doesn't worth. You can find better places and pay the same price.

The location is great. Just a few steps from the historic center.

Noisy air conditioner. We couldn't sleep well. We reached the hotel at night, tired and we booked a triple room. After entering the room, we found towels for 2 and no paper toilet. They had a lot of time to prepare the room but still, we need to request the missing items, going to the reception (no phone in the room). Breakfast is not as people described here. Really basic.

Nice staying near to historical center

Very kind staff. Good location close to bus station and the historical center. Good brekfast. Cafezinho at evening. Nice garden with a lot of trees and flower and plants.
