Apaixonante

Estive hospedada com minha irmã por motivos de férias e a estadia foi simplesmente espetacular. Ficamos em um quarto triplo superior com frigobar, banheiro grande com secador, varanda e vista para o jardim, onde a escada de madeira dava direto para a área do café da manhã. Atendimento cordial e expecional, pessoal da recepção, do bar e camareiras estão de parabéns pelo serviços prestados. Área da piscina linda demais. A pousada está em obras para a construção de novas suítes mas não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia. Localização excelente 3 minutos da rodoviária e uns 13 minutos para o Centrinho. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Senti falta de um espelho maior para que pudesse ver o corpo inteiro e uma cortina black-out para ajudar a inibir um pouco as luzes da pousada que ficam acesas durante a noite e a claridade do amanhecer.

Foi minha terceira vez na pousada! Às outras duas vezes que fui eu amei a pousada! Nessa fiquei decepcionada, pois podia

A Pousada estava em obra, e não passou essa informação! Quarto pequeno, banheiro ruim pra uso! Obra o dia inteiro! Cheio de homens trabalhando. A obra na pousada inteira, impedindo assim o uso da piscina! Quem se sente à vontade a usar a piscina com um monte de peão de obra trabalhando em volta? Área de jogos inacessíveis por conta de todo o entulho dos quartos dentro da sala! Café da manhã muito ruim, poucas opções e o que tinha não estava bom!

o Hotel estava em obras, e de certa forma tirou nossa privacidade na área da piscina, e também o barulho da obra incomodou muito.

Atendimento cordial, equipe atende bem, de forma educada e relativamente rápida.

Quarto mofado, banheiro mofado, teias de aranhas nos cantos do teto. A pousada está em reforma para ampliação e parece que esqueceram de reformar os quartos antigos, falta uma manutenção, melhorar a pintura nas paredes, tirar mofo....

Rooms not representative of photos advertising it. Definitely not executive or luxury standard Suites are poorly designed. Bedroom is very small with no room for luggage, so luggage is left in the living area. ‘Sofa’ in suite is dreadful and not suitable for using. Hard wooden surrounds with no cushion and thin outdoor seat pad AC unit in bedroom extremely noisy and ineffective. Breakfast served in an open room with flies crawling over food

Big room and comfortable bed

Breakfast was terrible, a lot of mosquitos unlike other near by hotels and none of the staff spoke any English which made it hard but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Very good

The staff helped us to carry our luggage. After the room misunderstanding at the check in, our problem was resolved quickly. We had very nice time at the Pousada. We loved the breakfast! Everything fresh and delicious.

We booked a superior room with a living room and big bathroom, but they put us on a small room, pretty basic. They said Booking.com does not specify the type of room in their booking system. So, it seems that they picked the simpler room for an "unspecified" reservation with a price of a superior room. However, once I showed my reservation with the pictures of the place I booked, the staff moved us quickly. And the new place was as expected. The staff should enforce a lot more the covid safety practices, because many guests just don't care about others and we count on the staff to make them follow the guidelines. There are signs and hand sanitizer everywhere, but some guests don't care. Guests walk around without masks, they don't use the gloves provided during breakfast, they don't keep social distancing at the swimming pool, and so on.
