Amazing, would stay again!

The property was great value and in an awesome spot! Very quiet but close to everything.

Everything was great expect no microwave in room or any streaming service or chromecast on tv.

Great beds, great staff, lovely & clean, very close to beaches, Greenmount Point & the surf club.

ALL staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Just wonderful 🥰 and all too rare elsewhere these days. Great location. Super comfy beds! Great views. Nice big rooms.

* The bathroom - needs a towel rail on the DOOR in the actual bathroom (instead of those hooks, which are useless on the door and should be on the wall instead!!). And a shelf (of a good size) in there to put toiletries on!! Also need a small safe hand rail in the shower stall - and a slotted (for drainage) shelf for shampoo etc, instead of having to bend down to the shower “edge” because there’s nowhere else to put anything!! - All reasonable things to expect in ANY accommodation, but especially for the price charged. There’s just nowhere to put anything in those bathrooms, yet there IS room for all of the above to be reasonably easily installed, and would be so much more convenient for every guest. ** The hand basin area - where’s the hand towel rail????? **** Bed area - EXTREMELY shonky electricals with all that wiring and double adaptors and power strips attached to each other AND dangerously jumbled together between the beds and side tables. (causing the bed lamps to flicker half the time!)…… and the bar fridge plugged into them all as well! So dangerous, and we all suspect, very NOT up to code! More like the kind of thing you see in some 2 & 3 places in SE Asia, not in Australia! ***** With the number of surfers staying there (naturally, considering the location), rubber floor matting in the lifts would be practical for the rest of us, instead of constantly wet floors from dripping wetsuits, which is ruining those lovely old timber floors 😟

Lovely location

Love the location and mostly the property although it is old and we had to change rooms due to a leaky air con once we moved rooms our stay was great!

We Will stay again!

The location, the bed was super comfy and the staff were 10/10.

We stayed 3 nights with an infant and although the house keepers were lovely and supplied us with towels we would have loved a turn down. There was no disposal on site so we took our dirty nappies to the public bins at the surf club each day. The limited parking is also a deterrent. Never wanted to take the car out as there was high risk that there wouldn't be a car park on the return. Having an infant made this difficult.

Location and it’s a Coolangatta icon. It used to be where all the airline staff stayed.

Its just fabulous. Staff are wonderful. Proximity to everything is wonderful. Great price. Love it always.

One thing only this time, shower had a wet smell to it. Aired out room and all was perfect.

Great location, poor condition of the facilities

Great location, good price and friendly staff.

Parking was terrible, limited onsite parking and street parking was difficult to find. The pool and building facilities were in need of a lot of repairs. The pool did not seem safe to swim in.

An axtension cord had been drilled through the wall behind the toilet to power the fridge, leading to an overloaded PowerPoint next to the bed. Why not spend a little $$ and install a PowerPoint for the fridge?

Great location & great value for money. Friendly staff. Early check in!

Limited car parking space. Difficulty with getting the water temperature right in the shower. The taps were super sensitive and I couldn’t get the right temperature. Either too hot or cold.

Great location just needed more information.

We had an ocean view. The paint colour was lovely inside. The cleaning staff were very nice. Greeting upon arrival was nice, but I was not given any information. It was my first time staying here and I was not asked and therefore not aware we had daily cleaning services or we could have a microwave if we asked. Not given any information upon arrival.

Microwave would have been good. We didn’t know we could ask for one. When arriving we should have been told more information about the property.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location with brilliant staff.

It was in a brilliant location for walks and the beach. Exceptionally quiet and clean.All staff were amazing.

Excellent value for money very clean and easy to check in and out.

Great location with beach views, friendly check in and comfy beds - very clean. The shower was very hot and powerful. Old fashioned hotel with modern touches. Lots of car parking. Would def rebook. Right next to the surf club for excellent coffee.

Although the building is old, they have done a great job at upgrading the rooms and reception. Its in a great location and the staff were very friendly.

A close by the beach location..amazing customer service.

I loved the customer service. We came in mid morning to drop off our bags then come back later to check and they surprised us by telling us there will be a room free shortly. I love the warm inviting entry..beautiful plants..bring positive energy. Our room was just right.

Looked clean and fresh. Everything we needed for a short stay and still pretty handy to everything. Not noisy apart from the couple of hoons lol

Maybe shower as virtually could only use hot water to have a warm shower. would’ve liked a PowerPoint next to bed to charge phones.
