Białe noce na 16 piętrze w Scandic Narvik

Wszystko na plus. Bajeczny drink bar na ostatnim piętrze z bajkową ponoramą białych nocy i nie zachodzącego słońca. Śniadania na przyzwoitym poziomie.

Późna pora możliwości meldowania 16, ale można pozostawić bagaż przed zameldowaniem jak i po.

sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in Fussdistanz zum Busterminal

Sehr schöne Aussicht aus dem 6. Stock, ausgezeichnetes, reichhaltiges Morgenessen. Dachterrasse mit Bar. Gratis Veloverleih.

Haarföhn war defekt, Klimaanlage war mit Kühlung überfordert.

Good modern hotel in the arctic circle - unsuited to warm weather.

Modern, clean, great views from 10th floor, comprehensive breakfast

No air conditioning & only 1 small window to open. On a warm day the heat coming through the windows creates a sauna effect - room only became comfortable after 9pm - slept ok.

Best choice to stay in Narvik.

A lot depends on which room you get. Seems they have refurbished ones and old ones. This time we got old one and it was so so.

Short but comfortable and pleasant stay.

breakfast was good, rooftop bar is spacey, good choice of drinks, very friendly and attentive staff. they were able to answer all questions about the area without looking it up. Bus time tables to the airport and what not. cutrains shut out the light 100%

Fairly modern hotel with many amenities. Nice family room. Parking garage nearby.

No direct access from garage to hotel, the way was a bit obscure. Check-in took ages, the reception was obviously understaffed.

Excellent breakfast, twin room was fine and clean.

Maybe you could provide tea bags, milk and sugar as an option to coffee? Not everyone likes coffee ..... Even asking at reception didn't yield any milk, so we bought some.

Love the views from the Scandic and the breakfast and staff were great. Room size was decent.

The staff was great. After an overbooked hotel left us checking into a standard room although we paid for a superior one, the housekeeper made sure we had robes and extra towels and the front desk person who checked us in made sure we received a comped dinner. So a less than ideal situation was solved with a personal touch.

The beds were older and I think it's time to trade out the mattresses.

Exceptional

There are many delicious breakfast options available, the buffet is particularly impressive, with a great variety of fresh foods. Fresh and tasty avocados. Cozy and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. I would definitely return for more of that delicious breakfast.

A great overnight stop off whilst travelling

Very convenient for train and bus connections. Fiord view from the room. Very helpful reception guy.

Bar staff a bit to intent on their phones.

A brief stop on the way to Lofoten

The building really stands out as it is right at the centre of Narvik and next to the museum and souvenir shop. The standard room was typical Scandic quality, in good condition and there was more than enough space. The breakfast was as expected.

The receptionist picked up the phone to answer a call whilst serving us during the check-in so the welcome wasn't the warmest. Felt a bit under-staffed as well as on check-out there was a small crowd waiting because the staff was having a break and only one person was working at the counter. No express check-out.

Scandic Narvik Experience

Cleanliness and easy access by main road. The breakfast buffet was good with variety of food.

It could be better if hotel give complimentary parking to hotel guests.

Great Scandic hotel. Roof top bar good for watching Aurora if you are lucky

We asked for a north facing room on arrival so we could see the northern lights and they accommodated this. Although they told us we wouldn’t see them - we did. And the roof top bar helped as a location to go to.

A bird’s-eye view of Narvik!

Floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of Narvik.

Arriving 1.5 hour before check-in we were told the room was ready, but would cost an additional 150 NOK in ”early check-in fee”.
