Closeness to the airport
Tv didn’t work. The cooker rings also went on and off.

Loved my stay here, was a great spot for a cozy, rainy, day of rest before finishing the Camino. The staff were sweet and helpful, and the food was delicious!

The location is just on the Camino .. so it is perfect for last night stay on the way to Santiago

Very nice place, located in the green countryside. There is a stream at the entrance. There is a small kitchenette or it is possible to use the services of a restaurant on site. Quiet and clean. Friendly service. Parking available

perfect location on the Camino. Host were wonderful and very accommodating. Definitely recommend. plan on eating dinner there, it is very good.

The rooms and property were really nice (except for construction happening outside my loft room; the sound was not good, but the drainage smell was worse).
The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The food was really good, but it was probably one of more expensive meals on the Camino trail.
Plan ahead if you want to buy groceries. I suggest you buy groceries in Lavacolla before you have to climb 3 steep-ish hills to get to Casa Amancio. You just might lose the motivation to go back down once you check in to the property :)

The casa was beautiful! Everything was so comfortable and cozy. It was about 5 km outside of Arzua but that was perfect for us. We enjoyed getting out of the city!

Absolutely loved it. Diego and Xing who run it are the most hospital hosts. Breakfast and dinner included. The building is beautiful and they have thought of everything. If you get a chance to stay take it.

The photos don't do this place justice, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet - perfect for the end of our Camino journey! Be sure to have dinner in the restaurant - it was one of the best meals of our entire trip!

Super spot to stop for a night while walking the Camino. Comfortable, clean and cozy. Wonderful hosts and our waiter was a delight! The restaurant is excellent and so great to have a ‘home cooked’ meal. Would highly recommend.

great ambience, authentic rustic architecture fused with modern apartment self-contained rooms.
Rural location could have been better sign-posted.

I loved this place!!! The people that work here are so warm and accommodating. I have a limited diet. They made two wonderful meals for me. It was also the only place I have been to in Spain that served brown bread! There was a sofa that looked like it could open up into a bed, so it could accommodate a family.
The prices were higher than other places I have stayed and other restaurants I have eaten in, but the quality was worth the additional cost!

The hotel was beautiful and had kept a lot of the original historic features. The evening meal was superb.
The bed was not comfortable

Staff was lovely and very attentive. However, when you are traveling because you are doing the camino you hope for certain rules be respected. Here the apt next door had three very loud men up until 1am. The walls are thin so I could not sleep. Thats my main complaint. I loved having my own clothes line I the back to wash my clothes.
I explained it in first statement.

Casas de Amancio is situated just 9km away from the end of the Camino de Santiago which is great (it rained heavily on Tuesday when we were walking so we were very glad of a shorter distance) There is a lovely restaurant and dining area in the casa and the food is excellent. I'm a vegetarian and the chef was happy to offer me many options that were not on the menu. The accomadation could be described as a number of modest -sized chalets arranged behind the main building with a typical Hórreo (old Galician granary) on the grass in the centre. A panel divided our room into the bedroom area and an area with a built in cooker, fridge, tv, sofa and small table and chair. There is a small wardrobe also and shower room, toilet. The space is average but it is designed well to make the most of it. Theresa was very helpful with everything. It is also a good place to stop for a coffee break or breakfast/snacks etc after climbing up the hill on the last stretch of the camino.
The signage could be better. The only sign we saw was a good few km before we began an uphill walk towards the casa. . Another 2 signs with arrows stating the distance left to go would be great. .
