Verouderd hotel.

Het eten. Niet veel keuze maar lekker eten, eerder op zijn Jamaicaans.

Verouderd hotel dat deze prijsklasse niet waard is. Schimmel in het zwembad en ernaast. Geen onderhoud in t algemeen zoals het zou moeten.

It was absolutely magical

The location was an absolute dream and the staff was super helpful. Just the fact that we are able to snorkel at our own leisure is a such a bargain with how much you’ll end up spend on a catamaran excursion to snorkel

Everything was great; however I do see reviews about staff “not being friendly” lol what a joke. What matters to me is that they help u with what you ask for. Not everyone is going to kiss your butt or smile, but they will NEVER SAY NO; and THATS what matters! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS!

Worst stay ever

I had to wait 8 hours for a towel and we had to keep.calling down front desk to ask for bath tissue, wash clothes. We was on the 3rd floor, and when we asked to change the room, they did not have another room. There was not water or cups in the room. Worst stay ever. The food was not good.

What I said on the top. I need to do better.

A great place to relax and rejuvenate!

Breathe taking views of the sea and immaculate views of the sunsets!

The amount of steps wasn’t what I expected but the staff was wonderful! They would all lend a helping hand to get me down safely if I asked!

Its a great location for a getaway, comfy rooms and pleasant staff

the view was good, there plenty of outdoor seats. the property is well kept with a lot of trees and flowers.

the breakfast was average. there are better food spots on west end especially for breakfast

Everything about the resort and its staff was amazing! The private areas around the rocks are worth coming back for alone!

when we first arrived the put us in a room (not the cleanest)with one full bed and one small even though we are a couple

great views, great for swimming, fantastic hang out spot. lots of sweet cats!

Awful accommodation and do not recommend to stay

lovely views of the sunset at poolside. That’s it!!

Everything else…The villa huts are outdated, not clean and of need of repair. I complained because my accommodation had a large hole in the front decking and a large gap in the front door to allow for any insect to crawl in. Air conditioning unit did not work. The duty manager was very unhelpful and suggested alternative villa hut, which was no better apart from a working air conditioning unit. The bed sheets were dirty and stained and cobwebs everywhere. The duty managers response was to take it or leave it! Not professional at all. She refused to move us to the newer apartments as these were additional cost. I was prepared to pay the additional cost at a discounted rate but this was not accepted. Received no compensation for spending most of the afternoon trying to sort out alternative accommodation. Only to be met with grief!!! when I should be enjoying my holiday. Terrible service!! This was the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Definitely not value for money and I certainly will not be bringing my family back to this hotel ever!!

property is nice for short or couple intimate stays. Not ideal for families with kids who want beachfront.

room layout was very nice. property has two sides one ocean view and the other more intimate little cabins

bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. I always travel with cleaning supplies so I just have the bathroom a thorough cleaning.

The location could not have been better. You could jump off any point around the property and snorkeling was pretty interesting along the cliff walls.

it needs updating and more secure entry doors. We ended up with two different rooms and both were very tired. the food at the resort was not good and the bar was out of many things to make even a basic drink.

Nice View if You Like Accessing Beach Via Cliffs But Not Safe to Explore Walking

The view of the water is great however if you want easy beach access definitely specifically look for 7 Mile beach hotels and resorts

It was not safe to explore by walking and taxis charge ridiculous prices. There was nothing much going on at the hotel and they should have set off fireworks on New Years Eve.

Not safe

Security guards very helpful

The place is not safe .Especially the pools. The tiles going into the pools are very slippery. No warning on the deep side.Tiles around the pool are very slippery . I slip and hurt and back going into the pool and when I tried to explain to the person who seems like the owner, he started to get defensive. He didn't even ask if I'm hurt. Which at the time I was in terrible pain and still is as I'm writing this review.

Sorry to say there would not be my first choice to stay again.

The view when you go down to the room was picturesque, The breakfast staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The night receptionist was excellent.

Firstly the receptionist was rude in her demeanor and responses, one of the security was not attentive and argued with us. The towel to take to the beach was worn and frayed very old and had marks on them, the bin in the bathroom was dingy and the outside had dark coloration.

My stay was excellent thanks in a million Mr. Ariel , one of my best anniversary ❤️ staying.

I like the fact that the manager Mr. ARIEL stepped in to meet my expectation and allowed me the privilege of a fantastic anniversary. Thanks to him one in a million time i would visit again with better knowledge of the property.

I did not like the fact that the internet showed me a total different imaginary of what I was expecting, but upon arrival changes where made to allow me a more suitable choice of what I had booked for. Also please to call and ensure guests are all comfortable to settle in before upon arrival or if they missed there check in timings.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff were amazing. To mention, Tina and Kenwick, who were amazing.

The rooms were large with lots of storage to unpack our cases. Great traditional Jamaican food, with the choice of basic food for the kids, like pizza. The staff were also great at putting us in contact with local businesses for excursions and activities and taxis.

Although we new the hotel was a 3 star, there was so much scope for them to raise that rating. Such as: Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, hairdryers in the rooms, Beach towels in the rooms, Daily bottles of water in the rooms, evening activities, such as a band or quiz or bingo etc. The rooms were a little dark, due to small windows. More outside dining. More regular shuttles to the beach.
