Totalmente desconfortável

Os quartos são muito sujos, não tem serviço de limpeza diária e quando tem só tira o lixo do banheiro, as paredes cheia de teias de aranha e cupim. Os lençóis, toalhas de banho e rosto, manchados. Acredito que não estavam sujos, mas tudo encardido e manchado. O que causa um desconforto enorme. As instalações do banheiro com defeito, o ralo do box tinha um buraco enorme se o sabonete caísse você não pegava mais. O ar condicionado e o ventilador não funcionavam direito. Tudo com cheiro de mofo e sujo. Não volto mais para essa pousada. Sem falar que o local da pousada é péssimo, além de ser em frente ao cemitério da vila, é um emaranhado de casa, quintal, tudo junto. Não tenho problema com simplicidade, mas acredito que a limpeza precisa estar em primeiro lugar. Acredito que as meninas precisam fazer um curso de gestão, para que os seus hóspedes possam entrar e gostar do que a pousada possa oferecer e voltar. Eu não volto! Agradeço a estadia, mas foi um experiência totalmente desconfortável e desagradável. Aonde eu queria chegar do passeio e somente descansar sem me preocupar com alguma coisa.

Péssima e jamais voltaria nessa pousada.

Sinceramente péssima experiência pelo preço pago. Não gostamos de nada!!

Ar condicionado em péssimas condições na primeira noite que não gelava e fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. Depois da nossa reclamação com a gerente da pousada fomos transferidos para um muquifo, onde em nenhum dos dias foi trocado se quer a toalha de banho, imagine outros itens. Quarto ficou sujo, choveria que não desligava direito. Enfim, péssima experiência de hospedagem.

Rústico, entendiendo que es una isla.

La atención de Leticia, muy agradable, y el desayuno. La heladera en la pieza es práctica.

Creo que se podría mejorar el cambio de las toallas con más frecuencia y la limpieza. Los enchufes son muy viejos y algunos no funcionan, al igual que el ventilador (pero si funcionaba el aire).

THANKS to the employees but be careful to your reservation

The team was very nice but by the team, we would like to highlight the employees, not the big boss that we never saw despite the problems we saw. The girl was so nice and try to find a solution and the breakfast was excellent !

LACK OF COMMUNICATION !!! We arrived over there and the big boss called me and said that we don't have a room for the night so we will be relocated elsewhere but we already pay someone to bring the luggage to the pousada. We wait for 30 minutes and after that, we went to another place without our luggage (just some stuff for the night). The day after we had to come back and move into a new room and by the way, this is not the room I had reserved. I had purposely booked the triple room with the balcony and hammock and we didn't get it. In short, thankfully the staff was awesome. Management is done remotely and without communication so there are very often mess...!

Amazing host

Marcelo was amazing ! The pousada is very well located and the host helped us to book a boat tour and to have extra hours for a late checkout ! The breakfast is very good and i recommend very much this pousada for the best expérience in the Island

Bad

Very unfriendly staff,unwilling owner, no smile on her face, we felt they don’t like tourists, english language on zero level, owner looked still very ungry. Room was too small and stinky, only bed and fridge in room, no space for luggage..... .The bed too small for a couple,very unconfortable...... .Bed clothes so dirty. We had so much nips from bed bugs!!!!Every morning so much nips from a new bed bugs!!!Air condition was too noisy and placed too high without remote (only manual when I jumped on the bed!!!)Bathroom was same too small. All staff were very noisy every evening untill late morning hours !!!!! I highly not recommended this accomondation.... .

Highly Recommend

We stayed in four different places in Ilha Grande and this was our favorite. It’s a bungalow feel and the breakfast was amazing. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

It’s tucked behind the town but only a very short walk. The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable all the same.
