Deu pra dormir depois das 1:30 da manhã, saímos cedo mal paramos

Quarto quente, e chuveiro razoável bom, secador

Iluminação ruim, tomadas estragadas, banheiro minúsculo, a cama do quarto que estávamos não foi trocado o lençol, assim que levantei o cobertor o lençol estava cheio de cabelo e dava pra ver que o lençol era branco estava amarelo de sujo, barulho de mais

Estancia relajada

la habitación era muy confortable, las camas muy blandas y limpias, aunque las almohadas un poco duras, el resto de la habitación muy limpio y recomendable.

Si bien es cierto que la piscina es un gran atractivo para el hotel es muy importante que ésta sea muy limpia y NO lo fue, el agua el día que fuimos con mis hijos estaba ultra sucia y se notaba demasiado, además de eso deberían mantenerla como por ejemplo pintarla cada cierto tiempo....lo otro es fantástico que sea por turno, pero por favor limpienla, que se note transparente el agua.....

lo mejor la Piscina, funciona a base de turno, de esa manera no se llena. Falta mejorar un poco la mantención si.

el desayuno muy básico, le agregaría unos huevitos al menú.

The room was big and confortable, it smells nice too. Breakfast was decent, cereal, pastry, han and cheese..

The room is noise, the windows shake every time a car passes on the road and makes a loud noise.

We regret booking.

Water cooler.

Breakfast gave us sore stomaches. The room smelled like sewage when we arrived. Extortionate pricing for a basic place. The booking commission was added on top (we had to pay an additional 30% than the price we were told).

Please stay somewhere else - this place is awful!

Not too far from city center.

mold in the bathrooms, pool is only open for a couple of hours in the afternoon, rooms are old and beat up, staff is inflexible (asked if I could grab a cup of coffee in the morning from breakfast and take it to my room while my kids slept and was told no food or drinks where allowed in the room).

Great staff, but don't come for the pool and fitness center

The breakfast was really decent and opened pretty early in the morning (major plus). The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had been traveling in SA for a while and wanted to treat ourselves to a place with a fitness center and pool...this is the only one that showed up in Booking.com. However, when we arrived, we discovered they have weird hours for the pool and fitness center (only 5-10pm...). Since we had already made plans for various activities and dinner during those times, we never got to use them! Also, the WIFI in our room was non-existent, but it was good in the lobby.
