Disappointing, do not recommend

Great location.

The listing says there is a parking garage. There isn't. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone and we were directed to insufficient on street parking. We booked breakfast. They didn't leave the necessary vouchers. The breakfast doesn't include drinks, only a plate of food, and nor does it include necessary extras like butter/oil for the bread. The host failed to provide the vouchers even after we called several times. The apartment was dirty; the top bedroom hadn't been cleaned, the bed was left unmade from the previous guests. We found a dirty sock in the wardrobe. The bed was SO squeeky, every time you moved it groaned, which didn't make for a good night's sleep.

A very cramped room with a very small window, with one curtain which if not drawn enables people in the opposite building to look in, but is the only point of natural light in the room Sited above an entrance diametrically oposite which leads into a night club and bar whch closes at 3 a.m, with those visiting it standing in the alleyway chatting loudly The advertised inclusive breakfast does not include any drinks of any kind Di not use this room - it meets your worst nightmartes

Very Good and Easy

everything was perfect. We didnt see her face but she was with us everytime we need. she responded Everything anytime in a minute. Everything was so smooth. Room was clean, really in the center of city.

Very central location with lots of stores, bars and restaurants right below and a 15 min walk to the central station. Beds were comfy, rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed (toiletries, hair dryer, even basic cooking supplies though we didn't get to cook). There was a good free breakfast and the host even left some free vegan cookies for us! Host was very responsive as well.

Only thing is because of the central location, it can get a bit noisy at night. This didn't bother us so much though, and the host was kind enough to leave earplugs for our use.

cosy, colourful, stylish, bright and warm - everything we needed for a lovely stay - super friendly and helpful owner, who made us feel really welcome. Great recommendations too.

the only thing is the noise from the cocktail bar below the bedroom window - though the double glazing blocked most of it

awesome location. clean and safe but noisy and no restful sleep

location was awesome!!

beds were very hard and uncomfortable. one bed had dip in center from overuse and needs to be replaced. light fixture was not working and the room was dark. a cleaning lady assessed and there was nothing she could do. flooring is uneven. it was loud as mentioned in previous reviews. we had window closed and ac on but people were heard until 2-3 am. recommend you add some sort of creamer to room to go with coffee.

The location couldn’t be better, (unless you don’t want to live central). Very quick and helpful replies from the reception so everything was very smooth. Good price. Super comfortable bed! Clean.

Book this gem of a place right now! It ticks all the boxes and the hosts are delightful.

I adored this place. Perfect location and the hosts were absolute gems. Juljia welcomed this solo traveler with open arms and helpful advice about the local area. Hvala from Colorado!

Wish I had a packet of coffee or tea for the early mornings but actually everything was awesome at this place. Home away from home.

Fantastic location. Large clean rooms & friendly host - recommended!

Amazing location, right in the old town (but with good windows, to block out the noise if you want to sleep!) Apartment was very clean and was in an old, quirky building that had been modernised inside - very cool. Check-in process via website and door code - really convenient. But we did see Julija the host a few times too - she was super friendly and interesting to chat to! Definitely recommend this place and hope to visit Ljubljana again soon

Great location by the River and Centrally located

The location was great. Julija did everything to make it a good stay. She accomodated our laundry needs nicely and her communication was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The cookies she left for us were delicious.

Since the location was excellent, you were close to the river and restaurants. There was some noise later in the evening.

Very little not to like

Very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room has everything you need, and the homemade cookies upon arrival were a lovely touch.

As warned, being so central, it can get quite loud. Ear plugs are provided, which is very thoughtful, but if you're a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a quieter room.

Perfect for a few nights in the beautiful city of Ljubljana

Fantastic location right on the river bank in the middle of the old town. Friendly host. Beautifully furnished room and everything very clean. Even home made cookies in the room! Very clear instructions sent well in advance for checking in. A code to get in the front door and then to get into the room so no key to carry around.

It was noisy at night - so you really needed to shut the window and use the air conditioning.

Spacious room in center of Ljubljana

My room was spacious and very clean, and I especially liked the little details: cookies in the room, cofee/tea kettle, a little fridge, etc. The location can't be beat, it's in the exact center of Ljubljana. Breakfast was varied and very tasty (you can choose from a number of options). Ljubljana is beautiful!
