Fantastisch

Fantastisch, geweldig, ontbijt, diner, personeel,welness, hier kom je helemaal tot rust in een prachtig hotel in een prachtige omgeving, Absolute aanrader!

Als ik een ienieminie min puntje moet bedenken dan is het in onze geboekte kamer,tweeprsn kamer de luxe, de twee fauteuills te veel plaats in nemen, hierdoor maakt het de ruimte erg klein. Zijn te groot, of weg of kleinere !

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem aufmerksamen Service-Personal. Das 5-Gänge-Abendessen war hervorragend! Toll war, dass der Pool-Bereich mit 2 Saunen, vom Nacktbereich mit 3 Saunen räumlich getrennt war.

Ein paar mehr Wand-/Kleider-Haken im Zimmer zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern, Bademänteln, nasser Badekleidung und Jacken wäre schön.

Exceptional stay in the amazing hotel

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. The staff are super friendly, especially the Croatian crew. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is really nice, it has a lot of facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, gym) so it is never boring. Food was delicious. The details like free mini bar, possibility of a late check out, tea time, water for traveling was what really made our stay exceptional. We will for sure be back.

As I sad, everything was amazing but just 2 things: - It would be great to have a bigger gym, it looked bigger on the photos but actually is very small and gets crowded very quickly. - Breakfast was very nice but we noticed that a lot of things were not refilled and more options like pancakes, salads or toasts/sandwiches would be better.

Es war ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Haben viel erlebt und gesehen.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch wurden verschiedene Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet. Der Spabereich ist groß und wunderschön. Becken zum schwimmen, Dampfbad, Sauna, Whirlpool mit Bar, Aussenbecken - warm. Die Sommer + Card, ermöglicht kostenlose Eintritte bzw. verbilligte Eintritte. Die Sessel-Bahnen können so oft wie unbegrenzt genutzt werden. In 2 h ist man am Meer in Bibione oder 1 h am wunderschönen Weißensee. Sehr gut, duftende kleine Badartikel, wie Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner, Lotion, Seife, Lipbalsam, etc….. Die Erste. Minibarfüllung war eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit, auch zusätzliches Wasser. Bademäntel und Badeschuhe werden gestellt. Bett ist sehr bequem.

Im kompletten Hotel, vorallem im Zimmer ist es sehr heiß. Leider keine Klimaanlage. Nachts immer geschwitzt. 5 Sterne Menü für Vegetarier war leider sehr einseitig mit Tomatensoße oder Füllungen Tomatenlastig.

Hotel molto accogliente, personale gentile, SPA di qualità. Camere pulite, forse un po' piccole, almeno la mia che era una deluxe. Ristorante di qualità con una colazione molto varia, ma più improntata sul salato. Pochi dolci, un po strano per essere Austria. Posizione eccellente

Stylisches Hotel mit Spa

Super schönes sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Spabereich (Hallenbad Solefreibad Whirlpool mehrere Saunen). Zuvorkommendes sehr freundliches Personal. Service, Frühstücksbuffet und Essen top! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Berg- und Mountainbiketouren.

Super Hotel mit klasse Personal.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Bergblick. Aber das hat man überall :-) Sehr gepflegte Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Einfach toll. Wir waren in der Sommer-Eröffnungswoche. Daher geringen Auslastung. Frühstück war super. Eierspeisen konnten bestellt werden. Hervorragend zubereitet. Nachmittagstee war nett :-) Abendessen war doll. Wir sind ja nicht die jüngsten und schon öfters unterwegs. Das war das beste Hotelessen, das wir jemals hatten. Warme und kalte Vorspeisen, Suppe, Salat, 3 Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl, Dessert zur Wahl. Getränkepreise absolut ok. Kellner sehr aufmerksam. Nicht vergessen: Liftkarten verlangen. Die sind gratis. Toller Pool, Indoor und Außenpool als Salz-Warmwasserpool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Szívesen visszamegyünk máskor is.

Szuper reggeli, extra finom vacsora. Kényelmes szobák, kedves személyzet. És tökéletes elhelyezkedés. Ja és a wellness is szuper volt. Mi vittünk kutyákat is, akikért extra díjat számítanak fel, de ezt tudtuk előre.

Izjemno. Zagotovo se bomo še vrnili, saj je bilo naše bivanje č u d o v i t o...

Neše bivanje v hotelu je v celoti preseglo naša pričakovanja, zato smo bili izjemno navdušeni. Hrana v hotelu je bila zelo okusna, izbira jedi pa resnično pestra. Vrhunska postrežba in izjemno prijazno ter uslužno hotelsko osebje so pripomogli k temu, da smo se počutili kot pravi gostje. Hotel se nahaja na izvrstni lokaciji, sobe pa so prostorne, sončne in tople, ter okusno opremljene. Razgled, ki smo ga uživali iz hotela, je bil preprosto fantastičen.

V bistvu nismo pogrešali ničesar, niti ne bi nič spremenili.

Lage Top/Schikeller/Style des Restaurants/gutes Abendessen/gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl/extrem freundliches Personal bei der Rezeption/

Servicepersonal eine Katastrophe/die sprechen kaum deutsch und haben wenig Ahnung von einem gehobenen Service/komplett unorganisiert/auch wenn das Wochenende erst das erste Saisonwochenende war, ist dies unakzeptabel/Zimmer war kalt da ein Heizkörper defekt war/Zimmerboden hat eher schmuddelig ausgesehen/

We had a lovely stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with a nice view of the mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for sports activities in the surrounding area. In case of bad weather, you can enjoy the beautiful spa possibilities of this hotel. And finally, the dining and service- excellent!

It is a perfect choice for those who come to ski or just relax in the mountains.

Wide variety of breakfast. Dairy products, cold meats, salami, cheeses, hot and cold drinks, vegetables, fruits, sweets, scrambled eggs are also available on request. Varied 5-course dinner. The spa meets all your needs!

Optimal ski hotel at the Nassfeld.

The best location in the entire ski resort in terms of ski-in-and-out. Spa&pool area is outstanding, in particular the outdoor pools. Quality of food is high quality cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general.

Although the hotel confirmed in advance that the will inform the chef about our dietary restrictions (gluten-free), our needs were more or less ignored. In most cases there was only one gluten-free option available with no attempts to make more options available. The waiters in the bar area completely ignored some of the guests. We spent some hours there without having been asked once by a waiter.

Location, double deluxe room, dinner offer

Manager of hotel has a lack of soft skills. Our first contact was in the restaurant, where he gave us a “lecture” about how we should be dressed. It would be all ok, if there is really somewhere dress code in written. But there isn’t any…I just want to add that we were dressed in jeans and hooded sweatshirt and that we were on vacation, not on business trip…It was the only bad experience…

Great Hotel, Facilities... but not much to do after skiing.

Food is fantastic at the hotel. Both Breakfast and Dinner.

Lift - one lift in the main areas and when hotel is busy too much waiting time. Also i think the WU bar should remain open until 7.30pm since it is an apres ski bar.

Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

Perfect winter vacation

Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment

It was a bit hot in the rooms. Even though it is winter, I would like to have room temperature, at least during the night
