Beau séjour à l’ombre de la cathédrale.

Emplacement idéal. Hôte super gentil. Les lits et les oreillers étaient d’un grand confort. Beau séjour dans cette magnifique ville.

great apartment, so close to everything in the old area of Salamanca

it is perfectly located near the Plaza Major and the beautiful old are of Salamanca - it was very well, equipped and we were able to even wash and dry some clothes and cook some food there. always so tempting to eat out though. our host was so accomodating, even when I had messed up our booking he helped us fix it. there was also parking available at a fee which is always a relief. it was easy to find and easy to get in and out.

I must admit when I was choosing where to stay the picture in my mind was the view of the wall from the spacious balcony. The fine print is that there are various apartments and the photos do reflect many of them, and while ours did in fact have a balcony - it was a different view. Small 1st world problem.

Very cozy and well located.

The location is excellent, close to Plaza Mayor but on a quiet street. The wi-fi is excellent and the studio has all that is needed for a short or a long stay but as I didn't use the most of it, I couldn't comment on its maintenance.

The bathroom's floor is slippery when showering. A handle on the wall could be useful. In addition, the bathroom is small and a bigger person than me might be uncomfortable.

Fabulous apartment with excellent amenuties , location and host exceeded our expectationsvb

The location was exceptional. We walked everywhere. We were directly beside the Decoratve Arts Museum,/Casa Lis, just a block or so from the cathedrals and the Rua Mayor, the Roman bridge. We think it advertized 1bathroom but there were 2 with second shower in the rok , ship-style. There was a lovely courtyard ofc the living room, and two bedrooms with table to eat breakfast, etc. as well as patio cou h and stone stairs up ti a wall overlookung close fo the river. Well stocked kitch,em, even a microwave. Truly a fsbulous find. Pablo who met us with the key even returned wirh chargers when one of the couples charger didn't work. Made our visit to delughtful Salsmanca even better. Can't fecommend more highly.

The double bed was slightly 'lumpy' according to my husband althkugh I had no problems. The othrr couple with the 2 single beds had no problems eithervb

Highly recommended, spacious, well appointed accommodation in a central location

A fantastic location right in the centre, easy access to everything but not noisy, very quiet infact. If your there over the Easter holidays, fantastic processions some passing right pass the doorway of the apartment.

An excellent stay.

We enjoyed the ideal location in Salamanca as well as the very kind and helpful welcome (maps, information on the restaurants, taxi booking). The place is great in size, modernity, space, quality of the equipment.

I strongly recommend this place.

The situation of the appartment is exceptional. It is inside the old city of Salamanca in a quiet street. The appartment in itself is beautiful with a shadowy terrace which is particularly pleasant to enjoy meals at anytime of the day. I particularly apreciated the availability of the owner to answer to our requests and his recommendations of restaurants.

Excellent one bed apartment with parking close to all amenities in the old town

Met Pablo at the property and he helped us park our car in the apartment's garage and showed us around the flat. Pablo provided some very good recommendations regarding Tapas bars and restaurants, both in terms of quality and price.

Excellent Location, Excellent Owner Service and Excellent Value for Money.

I was met at the apartment by a representative of the owner. Apartment servicing - bed linen change etc. - was available but I chose not to use. The apartment was fully fitted out so that I needed only to buy some groceries to get started. The location is excellent, being about 100m from the Plaza Mayor and in the old city. I would stay in this apartment again, any time, and I strongly recommend this as an alternative to staying in a hotel or shared accommodation. Although I was travelling alone, it would be a comfortable apartment for two.

The photos shown on the description was deceiving. There was no declaration that it was a single room apartment! Not a s

That it had a foldable bed and that when the bed was used, there was hardly any space to walk around. The entire apartment was just this one bedroom. Also, the shower was just half the size of a normal cubical shower.

Extremely good location to visit city center. Quiet and cozy. Easy check in. Heating worked very well. Has safe underground parking with elevator straight to the apartment floor. Host was very friendly and helpful all the time.

There was orange peels inside the electric kettle and dust on the floor. The mattress felt like having a plastic cover. WiFi was slow (40mbps) and failed for a few hours during our stay, which interfered with work.

Best location ever!

The location can’t be beaten. Walking out of the apartment to be met by the magnificent cathedral was truly a privilege. Loved the pretty terrace where we were able to enjoy our breakfast. The apartment was well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable and the managers were responsive and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to stay two extra hours beyond check-out time which allowed us to catch our bus without having to spend all that extra time at the station. Thank you Pablo. We look forward to returning in the future.

Paper thin walls meant we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors’ flat. No AC, which actually wasn’t a problem because it was a cool week despite it being August.

Excellent apartment, wonderful staff!

Due to some unforeseeable incident, we arrived at 2AM instead of 10PM. Henar, one of the staff members, arranged for her son to check us in at 2AM. This was incredible! The apartment is perfectly located and great for a stay in Salamanca. As someone else has commented, the pictures on Booking.com really don’t do the place justice. It’s incredibly clean and well organized. I would certainly stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.
