Super vakantie locatie!!! En wat een uitzicht!

Wij zijn verbleven in app 13D, wouw wat een uitzicht en wat een super mooi appartement! Het complex licht in een rustig deel van Calpe en je kan naar het centrum lopen. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle denkbare luxe. Ook de host was super, reageerde zeer snel op vragen via de Whats app! Al met al een echte aanrader

Location and the views are great. No problem with a parking space in front of the building (low season)

There is problem with hot water, we had to wait few hours after we used bathtube.. Its fine if you only take a shower

Exceptional Unbeatable Views

Gorgeous Apartment! There is a breath taking view from every single window and door in this home. 3 patio accesses, 2 full bathrooms and Bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry. Giant Patio. We couldn’t have asked for more. Street parking was very easy for us, but we were in town off season, It could possibly be a problem during the prime summer travel time. While the town was a bit quite in November this Apartment made the trip extremely enjoyable and relaxing. check in was very easy, with a coded entry and keys waiting inside. No need to meet up with the host which always makes things a bit easier. The host was extremely helpful from the minute we booked. Easy communication via watsapp. They even went as far as to send us a multi paragraph welcome message with recommended restaurants and things to see. Extremely helpful when it’s your first time visiting.

The door was a little hard to get into at first. Took us a minute to figure out how to work it as it definitely isn’t a standard door and has the door knob in the middle and the key must be held to keep the lock open. It didn’t impede our stay at all, but some directions of use might be good to have in the initial welcome message with the instructions on how to get into the property.

Exceptional

The apartment is very cosy and confortable, and the terrace is to die for. Best views to the sea right from the bedroom, living room, and of course from the terrace. The area is quiet, I would recommend it if you like to be close to the beach but still in a less crowded area.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment; stunning views from balcony; perfect location

Apart from the coded main entrance, the gate and inner doors to enter the building needed a key which was on the key ring up at the apartment. Thus a 22.00hrs arrival and 8.00hrs departure proved difficult! Some shade around the pools would be an improvement.

We had a perfect stay! The apartments are incredible, the views while dining on the balcony are simply unforgettable and the location of the property is faultless with the beach, restraunts and supermarkets nearby - I cannot image a better place to stay in Calpe! Not to mention such welcoming and caring owner, Carmen, who provided us with lots of tips and useful info. Few places ever exceed expectations, but this one did it hands down!

Great apartment and convenient location!

The location on the beach, beautiful views, size of apartment, clean, convenient close to restaurants and supermarket. We asked for an early check in as we arrived on a morning flight, and were pleased to find the key already when we arrived. Communication with the property owner: quick response and clear.
