Disappointing

Location

extra charge for a parking spot, contact with the owner, the fact that the owner dod enter the property whilst we were absent is an absolute dealbraker. Beda are total crap

it a very very bad place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

it the most outdated place I’ve been in my entire life, the bed in the room was so low you hit ur leg every-time u get up from the bed like in the 40s bet they had better bed than this evn. The tv had only polish channels, you can’t mirror screen or evn add ur Netflix log in. The person that came to drop the key was not welcoming and doesn’t evn speak English or other languages booking.com said she spoke just polish and she was so rude and in a hurry to leave

Disappointing

The location of the apartment is the near vecinity of central bus station, therefore very noisy. At the entrance of the building there are gatherings of drunk people and narcomans. The apartment was very dusty, smelly and every thing in the bad shape. It was very hot and they didn't have even a small ventilator. So we need to open the windows and because of main street noise we couldn't sleep. The landlord also charged extra 30 zl per day for parking lot.

Everything what is needed were in the apartment. Not far from a city centre. Clean.

Hard to find the apartment, could come in only after calling a person. Not all beds were comfortable.

Our stay @ Polar apartments

The apartments were spacious, clean and provided all facilities except for the apartment on Floor 5 which did not have a sofa or comfy chair. The location was close to the shopping mall and easy to access trams into town. The host was very helpful.

We arrived later than expected due to delays at the airports. The lady who checked us in was very impatient and was rushing. There was a language barrier too.

Ok place if you need to be in that location

Good location, fairly quiet, secured entry. Very good contact with the host.

Apartment could see some renovation - it was a bit smelly, like old furniture.

Landlord had to personally handle the key. I prefer to pick up key from the safe. Parking cost extra

Exceptional

Very clear and good apartment. The building itself was very safe, only people who have magnetic cards can enter. Great place! The woman who came for checking was very friendly, asked if we liked the place and held a small talk :)

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful stay, pictures do not match the reality. Everything is solved in the cheapest way possible, many things are broken, dirty or scratched. Absolutely not worth the value of money we paid. Bedroom supposed to be with one kingsize bed and there were two tiny and uncomfortable beds pushed together. The description indicates that toiletries are provided but they are not. In addition the owner was rude and asking us uncomfortable questions about our life. Despite of check in hours she demanded that we come in a certain hour because ''she has other things to do''. At the end, the experience was so bad for us, we actually left the apartment and booked another after only one day.
