Muito bom!

Gostamos muito do atendimento do seu Luiz, que nos recebeu muito bem. Estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, bem rustica e agradável. O café estava muito bom, com baste opções. O lugar é acolchegante e a vista é incrível (Ficamos com vista para o rio em frente a prefeitura).

O chuveiro não possui muita pressão e falta um pouco de queda. Incluir opções de tomada ao lado das camas.

Fui enganafa.

Somente da localização.

Atendimento da recepção péssimo. Não tinha local para colocar o carro,tive que deixar na rua. Café da manhã a todo momento tinha alguém pedindo mais alguma coisa,pois tudo tinha poucas opções e tudo em pouca quantidade ,frigobar enferrujado e não estáva gelando,toalhas encardidas e com cheiro desagradável. A cama de casal eram 2 camas de solteiro a a todo tempo ficava um buraco no meio causando desconforto.Quando pedi pará falar com gerente ou dono a resposta foi ,eles não atendem clientes,no pacote tinha piscina e na realidade não pude usar pois só podia usar a piscina os clientes que estavam nos chales ao lado.

Local agradável, limpo, ótimo custo benefício

Os funcionários são muito hospitaleiros, o quarto é muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, espaços de lazer ótimos ( piscina e sala de jogos).

Localização

Da acomodação. Quarto muito antigo. Ar condicionado que não funcionou na 1º noite, sem qualquer ajuda do funcionário. Atendimento sem muita preocupação/ atenção com o hóspede. Quarto sem secador de cabelo. Café da manhã básico.

The location, it was on a busy dual carriageway, noisy cars, for the amount we paid I was disappointed when we arrived.

Loved my stay.

Amazing breakfast spread. Nice location. I had requested the hotel to give me a room with the good view and they fulfilled that request. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Not a negative review but a suggestion. They should cover the breakfast as there are a lot of flies and ants around the some dishes at the breakfast.

Great hosts, helpfull, caring and very service-oriented. They gave us a free ride to the bus station when our taxi hadn’t arrived in time to pick us up.

Pleasant no frills affordable place to stay.

Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The dining room is very pleasant with a lot of natural light and a view of the river. I didn't stay in the French-style suites next door, but the rooms there were gorgeous and recently renovated.

The WiFi didn't work in the first room they gave me so I had to switch rooms. This was especially important since I was on a work trip. The location isn't great as there isn't anything like dining or shopping within walking distance, but it is easy to get around the city since the hotel is just across the river from the main city center.
