Perfect little spot within walking distance of everywhere at a great price

The room was wonderful and had everything needed for a self contained stay and more! The temperature was perfect, had a casting TV and bulk toiletries plus a nice selection of teas. Great quite location also.

There was nowhere to park in order to check in and gain access to the separate carpark across the road which was quite stressful.

Comfortable apartment close to everything and great value for money

A good sized apartment with all the necessary kitchen facilities and very comfortable and warm. The room was very quiet and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Although I didn't use the washer/dryer, it is a great addition to the room if it was needed. I always feel safe staying here.

Nothing to mention, I was very happy with everything.

Awesome

Again the staff are awesome. We got a late check out. The woman on the desk on Sunday morning was great and organised this. We have had great service from her before. And the woman on Sunday afternoon was super helpful keeping our bags until we had to fly out. Overall and again, a great stay. This is the only place we come to now in Welly and we are here often. Great stay!!

I would stay again.

Great location with lots of variety for dining and New World a few minutes' walk away. Room is adequate and having a kitchenette is handy. Nice and quiet at night and good value for money.

Quite a bit of dust and could do with a good deep clean. A bigger wardrobe and better lighting would make it better.

Perfect one night stay which we wish could have been longer.

Great location, good sized rooms, very handy to have a kitchenette (and good teas/coffee ). Fairly quiet.

They only empty the rubbish and change the towels once a week. I think the rubbish should be taken at least every second day.

Was happy to move out to next spot

Able to move to larger room at extra cost but helped with 10 day stay.

Bed was not good and the lounge was ready for the rubbish tip it was so uncomfortable.

Excellent accommodation. My room was at the back of the hotel, in a very quiet location. Good sized room, with small kitchen & dining area, plus laundry in bathroom. Perfect setup.

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to Cuba Street. Very clean room with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Would definitely stay there next time we are in Wellington.

The location is so good, cosy bed and pleasant staff. Wifi worked only in the first room, otherwise it was so good.

Exceptional

The property was perfect for us as it had everything we needed. True the bathroom was a little small but it also included a washer/dryer which we found most helpful. The location was excellent and we managed to get around on foot without any problem. The kitchen area also had a dishwasher. The staff, especially the young lady who was there when we arrived on Friday and also yesterday afternoon was most helpful!

I found the TV tricky to work out and there was quite a lot of noise leakage from the adjoining room.
