Other rooms may have been better.

Position for our travels was okay

The bathroom although large was designed for a person in a wheelchair. The shower had curtains and although care was taken the water did cover a large part of the floor which could have been a slipping hazard.

A truly pleasant experience from start to finish

We had dinner in the restaurant, the service was wonderful, very friendly staff. The food was incredible, my daughter eats a vegan diet and the chef prepared a meal especially for her and it was totally delicious. we will definatley return

Look elsewhere, very dirty!

Location

Very very dirty. Greeted by a large cockroach in our room, surfaces were sticky, shelves under bathroom sink had lots of green liquid where something had leaked. Drawers full of hair and dust. Sugar packet left on the floor. Sliding door glass doors covered in handprints. Utensils had old food stuck to them and cups still had lip marks. The room had an old damp smell. Very unpleasant stay.

Comfortable but maybe not worth the money

Location and room size. Air con worked well. They accommodated an extra person in our room at short notice. All staff were friendly.

The pillows had no protectors on them so yellow sweat stains in them. Mold in the bathroom, didn’t supply spare toilet paper so had to use tissues as we ran out after office hours. They take your licence details

Great find close to shops and freeway but quiet and comfortable

Great size rooms and very comfortable beds. Biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel.

Shower screen was a little hard to open and close but not big deal really. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

clean comfortable and spacious rooms. staff are lovely and very understanding.

we had one incident where a room held a party - we didn’t realise the QR code had after hours contacts. maybe that needs to be promoted a bit more as we could have rang them to let them know earlier. but even with that the problem was solved and staff were amazing in regard to that one problem room.

Convenient, spacious, clean and reasonably priced

The room was very spacious, free parking, the room we had we could smoke outside. The location was good, not far from the mall, train station and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great comfortable short stay.

The room was clean, and had everything needed for either a short or long stay. Very comfortable bed and great night's sleep. The location is central to everything but also very quiet.

Great room and excellent dinner

The room was huge and had the most comfortable couch we have ever had in a motel room. It was built in the late 1980s and still had many of the original fittings so it was a bit of a time warp but a very pleasant one. Everything was in top condition and very clean. Very quiet air conditioner. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. A longer stay would have been good to enjoy the facilities more.

Sorry to say that the pillow and mattress could have been better. There are only limited breakfast options available. We chose this because the location suited us but visitors should be aware that it not close to the main CBD.

Staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and I loved that they were soundproof as we have two young children.

Convenient, affordable and was very spacious.

The beds didn’t have carpet underneath them it was just straight concrete slab as the carpet was cut around the bed space. My 2 year old split their knee open because there was nothing to break the fall.

aside from a couple of small complaints, I was impressed with this place and thought it was overall a good motel, clean,

the room was clean, I liked the layout, beds and pillows nice and comfortable. I liked having a pool for the kids to refresh in after a long day of driving. the pool looked clean and enticing but the kids advised there was a dead cockroach in the bottom, along with other bits of debris including hair (disturbing).

The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly and it seemed that she didn't like people or her job.

good access to our trip from QLD to to VIC .. liked the ice machine and filtered chilled water .. room was comfortable for a family of 4

disappointed the restaurant and access to any food was non existent until 27/1 despite it being on their email and website .. we were not informed of this .. if not for the West League Club this would have been disastrous after a 12 hour drive

Tha only thing was tha people that was next door they made noise till after 2am I did go to tha staff n they did say they called then a few times but I think 3 call is to much they should have been kicked out
