Location was good and everything was fine

I did find the bed rather too high for me. I had to manoeuvre round the room to get to the chair in order to get dressed. The bed is comfy enough once you manage to get up there !

Noisy room above the kitchen. Got woken up at 06.30 by the kitchen on a Sunday morning!! Poorly sound proofed!

Top hotel. Clean, modern, great food, well stocked gym and pool. Great staff.

A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice.

Everything. It was a really lovely hotel. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly. Bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to the tram and/or to the city centre.

Room was very hot even with two noisy supplied fans, window sealed shut, so with noise and heat impossible to sleep. Complained and told numerous guests had said the same thing but management still hadn’t done anything to rectify. No USB charging in room (who doesn’t have these now ?) and TV faulty (stuck on mute)

Flashing lights through the bathroom with no curtains. Walls !! No insulation as heard next door and above. TV didn't work as poor a reception ! Room too small for £77 a night

The Beeches facilities were good, including an in-house bar, restaurant and leisure facilities. The gym/ pool were a bonus. Also close to the Trent river and shops of West Bridgford.

Leisure facilities and changing areas were very cold, as was the bathroom in our room. Small bedroom window. Linen needs replacing.
