Highly recommend for a clean , comfortable and budget friendly stay.

The lovely lady who checked me in couldn’t be nicer! She was such a genuine nice smile and helpful. The room was extremely clean! The bed…..oh the bed and the bed linen was so comfy and snuggly.

I am a very light sleeper so found it a little noisey. But it wouldn’t stop me from returning.

Large Gap underneath the entry door and the heatpump is in need of a clean.

Excellent Accommodation in very good location at Tahunanui

Spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean. Warm on winter's night when we arrived. Well supplied and serviced.

Jacqui's hospitality was second to none and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. I would have loved to stay a little longer to enjoy the beaches which was right in front of us. Next time!!

Not much Clean specially the microwave I got left over rake away just about to heat up .when I saw the microwave was disgusting..gross too dirty 🥵

Great bathroom. Good lounge tv. Good size kitchenette. Comfy and cozy too. Would be perfect if it had a footrest for the couch

Bedroom tv and remote weren’t user friendly. A little road noise and unfortunately not the view we were hoping for.

Warm, family like facility. Well stocked and cozy apartments. Stunning beach across the street.

We stayed in Nelson for four days and at Beaches for three nights. We selected Beaches as closer to the Tahunanui Beach and were not disappointed. The facility is very clean and rooms comfortable and well stocked. Initially the traffic sounds in our second floor room were a concern but were greatly reduced by heavy sliding doors and curtains. The management of Beaches is exceptional. Jackie and her partner Glenn are very friendly and within a few minutes you feel like family. Both are helpful in suggesting local places to see and dining opportunities. We were kindly offered rides to/from the airport as well as local sites if we needed. Taxi availability in Nelson is poor. Jackie really made this trip special for us.

The facility is on Highway 6 which is the major road to and from Nelson. It is used for heavy (logging) commercial traffic as well as local traffic.

Fantastic. Wish we had stayed longer

Location. close to beach and many eating facilities. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. We had a patio room which stayed nice and cool in the heat. the many different providers on the TV was wonderful
