Not a three star hotel

The location is on a very busy street - it is good for someone who has work in that area. Staff support was good.

The entire hotel appeared fairly shabby, the room required proper cleanliness and renovation, there was no segregated area in the bathroom for bathing - having a shower meant that the entire bathroom got wet. The breakfast arrangements were barely passable. There is no way this hotel should be rated three star - it is two star at best.

I like the whole place there there was too much clean and the decoration was done by the staff according to the function and my decoration was according to my buisness meeting and that's was amazing 😍

Nice ambiance and pocket friendly hotel. My experience was best of best the treatment which i hv got on my stay was best ever and the receptionist staff was really helpful and very much cooperative.

C/in they didn't knew that we had a booking through booking.com girl at reception was scrutinizing my booking , room there was not a single bottle of drinking water provided , AC remote was not working, main door double lock was out of order which is not a good sign of privacy. Room Floor had some marks which was dirty

Mina International is the best hotel in Western suburbs in Mumbai

It's one of best hotel in my knowledge when ever travel Mumbai Most of the time we stays in Mina international now it's become second home for us.

That property need work on wifi nothing else.

I request the don’t get fooled by seeing the pictures. It’s worst stay for the price we getting. We have more other options Rather than this.

The room & washroom are very bad. It’s with very low quality. The hotel stay the price it’s worth for 300Rs not more than that to pay for this Hotel. I request to others think before booking.

Water leakage in bathroom, may be improper maintenance due to covid lockdown. Hope everything will be good next time.
