Un buen lugar para pasar la noche

El recibimiento es cordial, así como el trato. La seguridad, la limpieza y el desayuno. Además sus centro de gym

No todos los equipos funciona ene el gym, lo cual limita tus actividades. Falta que la habitación se ventile ya que la humedad se siente al entrar, no estaría mal poner una ventana con abertura para ventilar la habitacion

Buena ubicación. Estacionamiento conveniente y buen servicio del personal.

El desayuno estaba bastante simple pero tenía buen sabor. Una lástima que utilicen tanto desechable, en teoría en compostable pero la realidad es que en México no hay plantas que puedan compostar esos materiales.

La habitación tenía olor extraño pese a que era de no fumar. Nada grave.

Poco estacionamiento. Vehículos de gran tamaño ocupando 2 o 3 lugares. Poca iluminación en la habitación.

I found city express in Nogales much more comfortable.

Found the staff at the reception very helpful.

There was a very musty smell throughout the building seemed like it needed to have more fresh air.

it looks old needs to be cleaned deeper, room smelled like old Vegas casino.

the smell in the room. Also, my baggage was delayed and delivered by the airline to the hotel early morning, tried calling front desk but the phone did not work, I called from my cellphone later and only then they brought the bag to my room, around noon.

Disappointing!

Breakfast menu was pretty limited and not that tasty

Even with a cheap room you get hot water but not with this place! The hot side of the shower and the lavatory faucet had NO water coming out at all. When telling the desk clerk she was like ‘oh shucks…move on now’. There also was no light working over the lavatory! Should be a refund for no hot water!!! (Room #427)
