Not worth the money

The view is very serene and calming. Love the ambience

The furniture and the chalet is a bit old. Even the comforter is very vintage. But at least, the comforter, bed and pillow is clean and comfortable. Really need a new brand airconditioner. Im so glad that i only book for one night. The pool is dirty. 😩

wonderful!

I have a wonderful time stayed here. The view is very beautiful. The beach is walking distance. There are not people during my stay and the pool is not crowded. I like the village vibe at then chalet. rust

make sure the chalet is always under maintanance.

the bed sheet need to be a bit cleaner, but the staff is good at listening to the customer so, not a big deal

The only best option to stay in Besut, needs maintenance and more staff. Has so much potential.

Comfortable beds and near the beach, clean rooms.

Facilities need better maintenance, it was very nice when I visited about 10 yrs ago. Water was leaking from the sink, pool was green, didn't look clean. Breakfast was so-so, nasi bungkus was finished when we got there at 9.30am. Staff were a bit clueless, did not make any effort to order rice or replenish the breakfast.

The kampung vibes is just fine, small resort but still convenient for small family.. Not crowded even all room fully book on a time..

Less choices of breakfast.. Just nasi lemak, fried kuewtiew, bread & spread, curry mee, baked bean, nugget, keropok, 2 choices of kuih, orange juice, coffee & tea.. Should add more choices.. The room just ok but a bit uncomfortable when there has no floormat at front of bathroom.. Should have one, otherwise floor got slippery & wet, especially after taking shower..

The area was secluded, so less noise, away from town. The room was spacious and clean.

Close to beach, good garden view

The location is very strategic, close to the beach and restaurant. The garden view is great and clean. The rooms are big and cosy.

The outdoor bathroom is good idea but the rocky floor and stained walls kinda spoil it. Feels like reflexology while taking shower

Please improve the facilities.

A lot of thing need to be done for the hotel. No wifi. No coverage network. Something wrong with the water heater. No sound of the tv channel. We watched the TV (tv1 & tv3) with no voices and sound. Pity of us.

Disappointing

The chalets and resort area look so nice and classic. Easy parking and the room provided was quite okay

1. The pillow - too old and thin 2. The half opened toilet roof - it is scary to take a shower at night 3. Dirty pool - a lot of small rubbish/particles is the swimming pool and the smell of chlorine is too strong. I think the pool really need a throughout maintenance 4. Moisquitoes - if you choose chalet rooms better bring your own moisquito spray or ask from the management because there are a lot of mosquitoes at night! 5. Breakfast - why did this resort only provided breakfast for 2 person when 1 chalet room can accomodate for 4 person?? The breakfast buffet is rm21.20 per person, did not provide a lot of choice and the food just taste so so, for me totally not worth it
