Awesome!

Breakfast was good. Ariadna was very accomodating and provided a good breakfast with local variety of foods for us to experience! Thank you! They were also extremely responsive and helpful - the location is near Parc Tibidabo, where we wanted to take the kids, and it has an amazing view! However, it isn't quite central, and Ariadna and Jordi were very proactive in helping us with local travel explanations and even carpooling if they were going in the same direction. Thank you so much.

It was beautiful, clean and well kept. The host were a lovely family. They were so friendly, attentive and willing to help. They gave great recommendations for things to do around the area.

Great stay.

The ad was spoke of a “family room”, which was actually the breakfast and sitting room. However, this room did have a bedroom off the side. The other rooms were upstairs with a wonderful balcony and view of the city.

Perfect view, host, & amenities

One of the rare occasions where the property and view are even nicer than the photos online. The view and balcony - one of the nicest we have ever had in a city. The host - Ariadna - was exceptionally warm and attentive. The bed and room - complete with everything we need. The bed is a bit firm, but we love this and slept really well.

Nothing at all to complain about! The property is a bit up a hill, so be aware if you or a travel companion has mobility issues. This is not a complaint however as you would not have the breathtaking view if it wasn't a bit high in the hills. There is also a small bus with service nearly to the door of the property until 21 :)

We fell in love with Barcelona and will definitely return.

Anita and her family are warm and gracious hosts. The B&B is a ways up the hill above Barcelona so the view is spectacular and it's only a short walk to rapid transit anywhere in the city. I broke my leg on a slippery sidewalk in Barcelona and while waiting for our flight home for four days, Anita and her family were kind and caring and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. They were incredibly supportive and helpful.

Exceptional

We spent a wonderful weekend at this location. Everything was nice: the room was clean, the view from the location was breathtaking, the host was very friendly and gave us advice where to buy food and eat nearby and what else to see in Barcelona - not the regular sights, the breakfast was good - just what you need in the morning even if you are a vegeterian, we also got directions from the host how to get to the location from the airport, which was quite convenient. The location is 15 minutes walking up to the top from the metro station, but you can also use a bus to get there, although we enjoyed walking.

Would highly recommend

The hosts were extremely welcoming, Ariadna gave us a lot of tips of places to do and visit and she was lovely to talk to. They made sure we have everything we want for breakfast for a continental one. The view from the terrace is absolutely breath-taking, the neighbourhood was very quiet, perfect for a restful sleep. When we entered the room everything smelled like fresh laundry and it was sparkling clean. We had our room serviced every day, it was lovely.

Perfect view and excellent service!

The owner was really kind, and not only with myself and my family, but with every host she had during our stay. The hotel is actually a house, perfectly decorated and comfortable, you'll feel at home! Another thing that must be said is that it has a privileged view, from our room we were able to see the Sagrada Família and almost all of Barcelona's city. Breakfast was good too! Metro and bus stop is near! Everything was great!

Fabulous City Views

We had a lovely night at Anita's B&B. Ariadna was great with communication, helped us park our car and was lovely. The room was big, with a sitting area and nice bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The highlight was the terrace and its fabulous views both day and night - we could have sat there all day in the sunshine!

Parking is a bit of a hassle as they've just introduced Zona Verde in the area. The area is on a pretty steep hill (as you'd expect to get the views!), but it's possible to get taxis up and down.

Exceptional

Probably the best view over the city. Wake up early to see the sunrise - you can thank me later. Anita served us a very filling breakfast every morning which you can enjoy on the terrace. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond for her guests. Ask about her father for extra brownie points - we were blown away by his extensive collection of 3d photography and vintage cameras.

The only slight downside is the position from the metro. It’s a good 15 min walk up some very steep hills but taking a taxi from the city centre or the metro station makes all this go away.

Clean and beautiful rooms. The owner is great - she will be happy to advise you and help you in any situation. The view from the terrace over the whole of Barcelona is unique. I highly recommend. If I come back to Barcelona in the future I will only come back here.
