Good

I like having a microwave as well as tea making facilities. Coming from the city it was nice to see a night sky. The room was well insulated as it was 2 degrees outside but we didn't have to heat it.

There we some ants on the rubber seal of the fridge.

Absolutely the worst motel in Armidale, cheap, seedy and dangerous, not safe for children,

Not one thing to like about this place do not stay here.It is filthy and drug addicts reside there, it is a brothel as well

This is the worst motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at, there were two youth smoking crack pipes on the motels front lawn, as the night progressed I realised this motel was being used as a brothel, a friend told me he dropped his disabled clients there for sexual activity. I left in the middle of the night as I thought my vehicle would be broken into. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. DO NOT STAY HERE !!

Due to the smell from the bathroom room our stay was quite disappointing

The room was a standard family room however there was a foul smell that came from the bathroom and you had to hold your breath when going into the bathroom. If you didn’t shut the door the smell quickly made its way into the main room. A plumber is needed there urgently to room 7!

It was warm and the room was large and the location was nice and quiet.

It was pretty quiet. Room was a large size.

The room needs upgrading. There were several baby cockroaches. The pillows were not great.

Need to revisit the 3.5 star rating

The lady in the office was nice. OK to stay at if passing through and just want somewhere cheap to sleep for a night. They offered breakfast with my booking, it's not something they offer anymore, but you're not missing out on anything by not getting it. The air-con worked a treat to warm the room and wasn't noisy.

The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach which carried through the whole place, but there was still mould. The mould in the bathroom on the curtains and around the sides of the shower was not a good look and when using the toilet you could see the dirty wall under the sink. The shower dripped the whole time, so trying to sleep with the dripping noise wasn't easy. The cover on the main bed should be replaced as there were stains on it and although it was clean otherwise, it's not a great look to know that's where you're sleeping... The toaster also needs replacing Did my best to clean our dishes, with no plug for the sink.

Why don't they clean rooms regularly?

The property is close to the railway station.

The cleanliness had left a lot to be desired. I also could hear the nearby highway. A bit disappointing

Would never stay there again or recommend it.

Location was good

The girl in reception was not at all friendly or helpful. Have stayed at lots of motels over the years and never experienced the so called reception we received on arrival.
