The staff was very friendly. The first day we received a free breakfast which was very very good Indeed.

Please put mosquito nets on the windows and other openings.

Nice Stay

The location is very good, in a very lively area and at the same time on a small hill so it is very quiet. The Staff are so kind and polite, and they welcome you with greetings, smiles and always checking on you and they offered us also a breakfast on the day or arrival. The village is so big and arranged in a very nice way where you have all outdoor facilities, 2 swimming pools, 2 pool bars, a lot of green areas and the buildings are not close to each other, so you feel very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The room was always cleaning with a very big and nice balcony where we were enjoying sitting there in the evening when the weather is so cool. The breakfast was fair for what we have paid. The Internet connection was good. In General, we enjoyed a lot our stay there.

I would like to say a recommendation for the owner of this village rather than mentioning what i didn't like. The breakfast was fine, and it has a lot of items and the only lady who was serving us is very kind and was working a lot to make sure we are satisfied. But there is a major issue in serving the breakfast since there is only one lady who prepare the breakfast, serve it, re-fill, take the dishes, wash it...etc so honestly one person can't handle this and on daily basis we were coming around 9 am, we didn't find food or coffee or clean dishes because of demand and this was on 4 consecutive days.so it really disturb all the guest that they have to wait until this only lady can wash dishes or re-fill. So please consider hiring more staff for the breakfast and trust me this is for the benefit of the village. With respect and love

Perfect location and definitely worth the price!

I loved that the apartments had its own road. With 2 pools a garden, a church. I also loved the wrap around balcony, and the bed was supper comfy.

Really excellent, apartments were good value for money, staff had excellent customer service

The staff were incredible, any issues were resolved so quickly and efficiently. The site was quite quiet which we loved and all our party were place in the same block (which i understand wont always be possible but this was fab for us). The facilities were great for the price paid with the options of 2 pools aswell. Perfect location to beach and wider attractions as tourist train was on main road opposite apartments. The site overall was very quiet too! Great stay and value for money. Communication on the build up to the holiday was fantastic also- couldnt be faulted.

Our room was slightly small for 2 adults, with little space for our cases and no draws to unpack all of our clothes, so we did live out of the case for things that couldnt be hung up in the wardrobe. Our shower head wouldnt stay on the hook either, so we did have to wash our hair with the handheld shower head which was tricky at times. One of our apartments fridge door was slightly open when we arrived which did cause concern as we needed to refrigerate medication, but across the 2 apartments we managed to refrigerate the medicine and the fridge got up to temperature quickly when the door was shut properly.

We stayed for a friend's wedding for a week, great location, lovely staff and great pool sizes and easy to get a bed by the pool. 2 pools. Staff were very friendly and quick to help if needed anything sorting. Very good stay.

Very good

Location is perfect for me, 5 min walk to the beach, a bunch of shops, cafes and great restaurants. The sea was a bit rough for a couple days during my stay so I was really glad to have a pool to use. And the best part is 2 pools, one of which is intended for kids and one quieter one for adults. Evdokia and Dimitra are both helpful and welcoming (they remembered me from last year 🙂)

Shower water was cold in the mornings and didn't heat up but not a huge issue.

I loved this place. Garden was beautiful, the host and staff were very kind and helfpul. Clean and comfortable apartments. The breakfast was delicious and variable. Near shops and restaurants, and the Agia marina beach just 10 min walk. I absolutely recommend this accomodation! :)

Not a big problem, just an opinion, but maybe a net would be good for mosquitoes.

Superb

We were welcomed warmly, even though it was end of the season and we were the only guests. The apartment was big and it was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is perfect for a beach holiday, the beach is just across the street. Nice pools even though we didn't use them as it was October and the water was a bit cold.

Superb

The room was very comfy and clean, all in greek white and blue vibe which is quite nice. Our view was good, and the balcony was spacious. The pool was fine. There's a bus station just in front of the hotel, and a few markets and souvenir shops around. Also, there is a travel agency just across the street from which we went to Balos and Elafonisi. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here, exceeded our expectations.

Can't fault anything; there is a choice of pools, each with their own character and bar; we had two rooms between us, both were clean, spacious and well equipped. Well maintained grounds, helpful staff (an air con unit breakdown in one apartment was fixed same day), and a plethora of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops plus the beach nearby. The top pool snack bar serves great food and cold drinks.

Nice place with amazing views:)

Nice and friendly apartment with two swimmingpool and amazing garden. The apartment was located in a good area walking distance the restaurants, beaches and shopping. There was great views from our room :)) The stuff was very nice and very very helpful:) We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast - maybe not so varied but very tasty. Room was very nice and clean, good WiFi speed and range. Pretty good coctails in pool bar :)

Kindness of staff at breakfast would be better. Noises from technical room in basement were a bit annoying.

Overall it was a great stay.

It is spacious and clean with a large balcony that has a view to the pool. The breakfast was great with fresh vegetables picked right from the garden.

The bathroom is XXS. It is very small and crowded.

Super friendly staff, smooth check in/out. Description of the apartment is very accurate. Air conditioning in working order, which was very useful, especially when 35°C outside. Nice touristic area, with lots of shops around. Easy access to Elafonissi, Falasarna and Balos beach, either by car or bus. You can find nearby offers of trips around island, in case you don't have a car, which is very convenient. Overall we had a nice stay in Crete.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped apartments. Well placed for restaurants, supermarkets and it is only a 10 min walk to Platanias square

Loved everything about the place. Minor comment and is a preference however a toaster and tee towel would be great. Bathroom small but more than usable

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was tasty. Beuatiful garden, the room was highly nice and big, cleaned every day. The hotel exceed my expectations. The location of the hotel is really perfect. I am delighted and greet all staff. Keep it up!

Superb

Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were delighted to find home grown produce from the gardens in our room, a real treat. Location is very good, closer to platinias than agia marina. We found Platinias a much nicer area for the evening.

Nothing to not like. Good location, not all rooms had been refurbished, however those that weren't were perfectly acceptable.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggesting great activities other than 'just' going to the beach. The appartment room was very spacious, clean and in great condition. We were provided with a very nice selection for the breakfast.

It was the 2nd time when I stayed in this place. Last year and also this year everything was absolutely perfect for me. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. All staff members are very kind, friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this place! I would like to go back again!

I didn't find any bad or wrong things. Everything was perfect for me.
