An ideal place for a nights stay in Viareggio. The staff were helpful and friendly

We will stay there again. The hotel is 50 mtrs from the passegiata

Breakfast was good with good coffee, croissants and cake, with options for cereals, toast, and cheese and ham

Nothing could have been better, the hotel is a little dated but everything worked ok.

Great location for the beach, reasonable cost; missing opportunities, it could be better.

Location was good, I didn't have breakfast. Room was ok.

I was not informed that the streets were closed due to the Carnival parade. I had to pay an entrance ticket to the Carnival to get access to the hotel in time for the check-in. The receptionist told me that the Carnival dates were published on the hotel's website, however I booked through Booking.com and there was no mention of the Carnival there. At the Carnival barriers I was informed that the hotel should have provided me with a pass; the hotels told me the opposite. Putting the above aside, I found the welcome reception to be cold and indignant.

Very enjoyable indeed.

It was really convenient for Carnevale. We ate in two very good restaurants, just across the road from the hotel, in which we got 10 percent discount because of where we staying. This was a nice bonus! The staff were really friendly and helpful and allowed us to practise our Italian.

The décor was a little tired and the breakfast cereals might have been more varied.

Staff was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed. Hotel is close to the see promenade.

Small room for 4 people. Beds were not very comfortable.
