Enjoyed the stay.

Location good. Breakfast good lots of choice. Room very clean. Close to Abba Arena. Kitchenette a bonus. Staff always attentive.

Liked the fact that the room was seprate from the kitchenette, very clean through out, all staff was very plesent through out the whole stay & the fact that everything was seconds away.

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't check in any earlier than 3pm or have an actual 24hrs in the hotel as were paying fo a whole night, the Breakfast could have been a little better (didn't like the fact it was a buffet style and Self sevice).

A lovely stay we will be back.

Staff were polite helpful and pleasant. Breakfast though busy was good, lots of variety. Rail both overland and underground on the doorstep. Lovely walks along the canal and more shops, bars and restaurants than you will ever need.

The area is very busy and skateboards outside the door are a menace. Not much the hotel can do about that.

A must stay hotel strategically located with Westfield, where a shopper’s paradise awaits you.

Firstly the location was absolutely perfect for easy shopping, the trains and buses. The concierges were very helpful and obviously know the shopping area very well The mini kitchen was the best.

I cannot think of one thing that I did not like.

Great hotel

Well appointed in good location for Abba Voyage (20 min walk) and Westfield Shopping Centre. Staff very pleasant. Relaxing bar. Excellent breakfast. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Ate at nearby Figo restaurant. Very good.

Die Lage vom Airport Stansted nach Stanford wenn man nur kurz mal nach London zum Konzert will ist ideal. Bett ist Super bequem. Leider keine deutschen Sender, wem überraschts.......:-)

Great and wonderful time at the hotel

We had a great time at the facility, the staffs were quite helpful and very friendly. Requested for early check-in and was granted. I will surely come back.

Home away from home! Super modern and clean.

The location was great. Near the stadium for concerts and right next door to a huge shopping complex. Having a kitchenette in the room was fantastic if you felt like cooking. Kitchen was well equipped and super clean. Staff went above and beyond and the breakfast on offer was superb.

Quite enjoyable, great location with more than enough amenities, and the staff was exceptional.

Breakfast buffet was good quality and consistent throughout my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I thought the overall value of the property and accessibility to Stratford Station was so convenient.

The shower was a little more dirty than I would have preferred. Room itself was more than satisfactory from a cleanliness standpoint; however, the shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned beforehand.

Good standard and tasty breakfast

This hotel offers rooms with view to a park for extra charge. It was important for us to have calm and relaxing view, so we paid additionally for this option. When we arrived it turned out that our room was facing noisy area with chimneys and no greenery at all. So in reality the room we booked didn’t exist. The hotel is aware of this problem, but still keeps offering additionally charged rooms ‘with a view’.

Fabulous

Everything was perfect. Only issue (not a huge one) but was the breakfast was a bit chaotic...no coffee, no tea, no cups, no cutlery...so, people were bunching up and there was a lot of confusion. As it is a Hyatt, we did expect to have coffee & toast at the table before going off to chose from the delicious breakfast options available. Other than that, fabulous.

Didn't like, is a strong statement...more a case of my expectation for a Hyatt was better for how the breakfast functioned.

Perfect and relaxing. Nothing too much trouble.

Everything! The staff couldn’t do more and the room was extremely comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and my vegan husband found lots of welcome options.
