Clean and convenient property with views and helpful hosts!

Spacious, clean, proximity to town center was incredible but enjoyed staying in a quieter area. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment if needed. Marco and Andrea were incredible hosts and even helped us navigate the ferries and other places we wished to go.

If you don’t handle AC well, this may not be for you. Personally, I had no trouble as the apartment windows open and a fan was provided for additional comfort. When weather was cool, there were no issues with the temperature but could get hot.

The property had a beautiful view, it was an easy walk into town (a bit harder up the stairs on the way back but nothing we couldn’t handle). I think an air conditioner would have been handy for the summer heat. However we did have a fan which was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this again

The hosts were the nicest and kindest people ever. They gave us excellent recommendations, Even offered us coffee in the mornings. The views were simply stunning.

We stayed only two nights, but we will be back soon!

casa la Rosa is well equipped appartments, 10 min walk to the centre of Bellagio.

the apartment was clean and comfortable. They warned that there was limited parking, but while we were there , there was no problem, and parking was secure and convenient. check in was easy and the staff very nice.

Superb

We had a lovely stay in Bellagio. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is spacious and has beautiful views, which we were able to enjoy from the garden. The bed was very comfortable and the area quiet, so we slept very well.

Although it is not a long distance into the centre of Bellagio, we were not anticipating walking so much. Thankfully the host was kind enough to collect us from the ferry on the day we arrived.

Peaceful

Location is away from the main, busy part of town. Thankfully, this means it's very quiet and peaceful. You have gorgeous lake views out of both sides of the home. The unit was clean and the host was responsive and spoke excellent English. It was also among the more affordable options for staying in Bellagio.

It was OK for us, but there are a LOT of cobblestone stairs and a long cobblestone path to get to the house. The walk definitely deterred us from going back and forth to the accommodations too much. It's quite a hassle if you're hauling luggage. The home was equipped with just the very basics - 2x tea bags, 2x instant coffee, 2x towels, 2x toilet paper. We found it didn't offer as many supplies or amenities as other holiday homes we've rented in the past, but it didn't affect our enjoyment at all.

Apartment was beautiful and very clean and well looked after. Parking right outside your door which was very convenient. Supermarkets 5 mins drive from apartment.

Whilst the location was not an issue for us, the house was located at the top of the hill and a walk into Bellagio itself involves waking down a considerable amount of steps. This can present difficulties to less agile people.

Superb

The apartment was clean, spacious (exceeded our expectations), had comfortable bed and relatively good equiped kitchen. The location uphill and the garden with a nice view are just a bonus. (the photo was taken just before reaching the location, within a 3 min. walk).

The shower door could not be closed but this was not a major inconvenience for us. It was also a bit noisy as we had the ground floor apartment and could hear all the moves from the upper floor. The way from the ferry to the accommodation might be challenging for people travelling without cars and with suitcases as there are many stairs to climb uphill so I highly recommend the place for those who travel only with a backpack (like us). In the end the view is worth it and the walk there can be seen as a good workout to compensate eating all the pizza, pasta and gelato! 🙂

All in all it worked out well.

View on the mountain and the lake. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the town down a calm path. Parking in the complex.

Would have appreciated a warmer welcome instead of just being handed over the keys. Brochures or maps would have been helpful.

beautiful accommodation in Bellagio with incredible views.

it was up a hill, but the views from the apartments were amazing which totally made up for the walk, there is also a nice view point for photos up the hill too. the accommodation was clean and really nice, good shower for heat and power, beds were comfy. the owner was so accommodating for us all and made sure we were completely happy with all 3 apartments.

The location was perfect. The city center, lots of restaurants and some nice beaches are all within walking distance (but be prepared for lots of stairs) The room is nice and clean, and the property has a beautiful garden.

The water pressure in the shower was poor. And you can hear the other guests in the building quite well, though in our case they were fairly quiet so it wasn't an issue for us.

Amazing views, nice location - still possible to park the car for free, but only 10 minutes away by feet to the oldtown. Very nice and helpful hosts.

The apartment is very old and needs full renovation. Also could be cleaner. And sofa bed is absolutely not possible to sleep on.

Stunning views, great hosts and instant warm water from the shower - these alone would have done it for me but literally everything else was on point too. The apartment has everything you need and the location was peaceful but still close to the center (stairs are not bad at all). Andrea was kind enough to drive us to the grocery store and ferry when we were leaving, he was always ready to help with anything. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the big city rush!

Excellent view from this place. Centre is easily accessible, but be prepared to walk steps or use a long route avoiding steps. Bed was low as we are used to high beds, but comfortable

Amazing Lake Como and very nice accommodation!

The apartment was close to Bellagio center but still in quiet area. It was nice stairway to town, lighted at night. There was possibility to spend time in the garden - tables, chairs and sunbeds. The view from garden was stunning. Probably there was also option to use washing machine but we didn't used. All our questions got answers very quickly - missing wine glass came in 2 minutes, very good service!

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, we decided to use the mattress on the floor.

If you arrive in Bellagio by boat you need to ensure someone will pick you up from terminal. There is no taxi service available.

Relaxed and peaceful stay in Bellagio

The setting was beautiful and tranquil.

There wasn't quite enough sleeping space for our four but we made due. We decided that we should start counting our 14 year old son as an adult!

Good location, right away from the chaos of the city centre, that can be reached with a ten minutes walk. Well cleaned, very sunny and cozy. You can also relax in the common garden. The hosts were very kind and friendly, they even drove us to Lecco as there was a bus strike. I suggest it!

Quote old bathroom, no air conditioning (just a fan), a little noise from the other rooms. Nothing to really worry about!

Great lake views from the apartment, nice and quiet part of Bellagio just a short walk from the centre. Apartment was well equipped. Marco was welcoming and good at communicating getting back to my queries very quickly. Would recommend !!

Exceptional

Marco was a great host, he got the balance of being attentive but leaving us to do our thing just right. The apartment was lovely with beautiful views from every window - we were lucky enough to get a balcony so could sit in the sun each morning for breakfast. The street is beautifully quiet and the town a ten minute downhill walk away. Cannot fault this place!

Nice place for a weekend retreat.

the treatment from host was great and helpful, the appartment was clean and comfortable👌

on the properties around the house, they started to trim the grass on Saturday at 8 am. This is totally out of the control from the host, but was still a bit annoying.
