Estadia muito agradável.

O atendimento no check-in e checkout foi excelente. Lívio muito eficiente e ágil. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, toalhas e lençóis perfumados.

O box do banheiro não veda direito. Seria interessante modernizar o mobiliário/decoração dos quartos.

O café poderia estar incluso na diária, e o colchão do sofá cama um pouquinho melhor

Café da manhã e limpeza! Quartos super limpos e as roupas de cama impecável com um cheirinho de roupa limpa! Tudo perfeito! Sem contar que deixaram uns mimos para as nossas crianças quando chegamos no quarto

Localização e conforto cama

Já fiquei muito neste hotel mas a qualidade vem caindo demais, serviço piorou muito e a relação custo x benefício não vale mais a pena. Não irei mais me hospedar

El hotel es muy cómodo y confortable. La piscina y el gym son muy lindos. Mis hijos adoraron tener zona de niños con xbox. Ideal como parada técnica de descanso y recarga de energía.

Localização excelente ao lado do aeroporto para quem vai pegar voo, bom restaurante, quartos amplos e confortáveis

O Hotel vem decaindo muito ao longo do tempo

prós: 1) limpeza

contras: 1) retiraram os produtos tipo shampoo, creme, sabonetes que vinham de amenidades 2) baixaram a qualidade das toalhas 3) péssima acústica muito barulho pela manhã quase não consegui dormir pelo barulho vindo do corredor 4) cama com colchão duro e desconfortável

O objetivo era ficar no hotel qdo retornamos de um curso em Bento Gonçalves

De ter janela anti ruido e proximidade do aeroporto já que retornaria para minha cidade bem cedo. Ter transfer para aeroporto (20,00 o casal).

É um hotel bom, mas me chamou a atenção é o fato do café da manhã ser pago à parte. Preço de hotel 4 estrelas numa região nobre

Great with the exception of restrictions in the pool for children

The restaurant (for dinner) and breakfast was great, no noise in the room in spite of proximity to airport.

A sign at the pool entrance says that there is no entry for children- this is NOT ok, and especially not if it is not informed about beforehand. It portrays itself as a family hotel, so what a deception if you come there and think that your children can take a swim before or after a long and exhausting flight, and then suddenly they can not (and neither can you, cause where are you going to put the children?). And the kid's space could also be upgraded a bit...but other than that, we enjoyed the hotel a lot.

They weren't able to provide toothpaste or a hair cone when I needed and I felt this should be pretty standard.

The best hotel around the airport. Everything was perfect! Front desk forgot his name apologies. However, it was an impeccable check-in and checkout.
