Ok for a short stay.

Location is good, just a short walk to Gympie Terrace. Nice little pool and spa.

I expected a lot more for what we paid. It was not really a one bedroom apartment, more of a studio as the bedroom was separated from the lounge by louvered shutters. Very noisy, with every conversation from the stairwell and other rooms easily heard, especially the yelling children. Bathroom had bare minimum supplies, not even a box of tissues. Under the bed was an inch thick layer of dust, it had not been cleaned under there for a very long time. There was a bad leak in the ceiling which caused a big puddle on the floor. Overall, the room had cleaning and maintenance required and was not worth the money we paid for it.

This is a great location in Noosaville. Very close to the river, shops and many bars and restaurants but in a quiet side

loved the location and the large balcony. easy parking on site.

The very small bathroom. Literally couldn’t swing a cat in it.

although the place was generally clean, there was lot of dust under the coach, bed, tv unit and the carpet. not a big deal, a vacuum cleaner was provided.

Quiet side street so no road or pedestrian noise. close walk to foreshore, restaurants, shops as well as walking distance to Woolworths shopping complex in other direction.

Beautifully appointed apartment with everything we needed. Location was great with easy access to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again.

The blinds/shutters let in quite a bit of light and with a non-solid door to the bedroom (partitioned by a shutter type door) it woke our 1yo up early - although not a bad thing as it seemed the usual time for the broader community there and it meant we fit in a lot during the days!

Good location, convenient parking, spacious rooms, complete facilities.

Airconditioner in Room 12 needs to be replaced as there were water leaking when switched on.
