Disappointed , expected much better

It looks very prestigious and very luxurious

The rooms are old they smell bad I think the carpets are too Old b, they moved my son and I after we upgraded to suite it was very poor , carpets almost worn out , this is not fourth what we paid not even a English Channel , they are living in the past

Overall we had a wonderful time!

Spacious room; Great location in the city; Walking distance to shopping area.

Not happy with the hair drier. Too loud and hot but not dry hair properly.

Excellent customer service and pleasant stay.

Location is close to bus stops and metro. Short walk to ZhongShan Rd. Room is a bit old but clean and comfortable. Executive lounge - great view and service. Excellent service from concierge, housekeeping, room service, dining team. My call requests were answered promptly from room service and maintenance team. They are always very courteous. Stanley the assistant manager solved my room issue. Much appreciated!

It was very busy during my stay as it's the summer holiday in China. Lobby can be noisy and crowded. Fitness centre - gym is a bit tired and needs better equipment but it does have a great view of the Gulangyu Island from the gym.

Nice hotel to stay during vacation

Client service, sea-view scenery, water quality of swimming pool, walking distance to both zhong shan road, the pier from Gulangyu Island as well as the metro station

Window glass is not clean enough which has affected the sea view when stay close to the window

Generally good except about the breakfast.

The breakfast is not as good as in the past, as there are just so many people coming at certain times. You would need to join the queue. I would suggest allowing people staying in the to floors to have breakfast with a different restaurant in a top floor.

Awesome hotel with services up to the standard and enjoy its convenient location.

Great location! Facilities were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. It was so convenient to get around the city. We enjoyed it.

The Swiss Grand is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We enjoyed the view from our window and the beds were comfortable. The fitness area was well equipped and included a pool table and foos ball for family fun.

The air conditioning had been switched to heat which made the rooms warm and stuffy. As the windows did not open, there was no way to cool the room down except to open the door to the hall.

Overall very nice experience

The hotel provides high quality services and it’s basically the centre of the city so you can travel to any places easily

The only thing is that I can hear other guest living next to me call someone at 1am so hope its soundproofing work could be improved

Brilliant

Location was fantastic. The staff were really attentive to our requirements and questions. Food was fantastic. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. The Thai restaurant was great too.

Wonderful

Fantastic. I would recommend this hotel. Brilliant room, with fridge freezer. Both restaurants were good. Had dinner at the Thai with my 7 month od daughter, and the staff demonstrated great care and attention. Good walk to railway culture park. Really great in so many ways.

Not much. There were a few hairs in the bathroom ob arrival. But the cleaner was fantastic every day.

Fantastic stay

The staff all went above and beyond to help us from advising us on travel to helping find lost items. The gym and pool were also great and the location was right on the water front a short walk from many restaurants and shops.

The one restaurant in the hotel that was open all day was not very good and really expensive. The bars at the hotel also closed really early or never opened.

Cant wait to return

Will deff stay again. Superb hotel and facilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Room service was very helpful and looked after us well. The Coffee lounge was lovely. I was up at 7am for a Zoom meeting and was greeted with a coffee the second they opened without having to ask.

Jessica who checked in for us is a really polite and efficient staff. She is also very helpful. The whole check in process was a wonderful experience. The hotel is at a good location within walking distance to Zhonghua street.
