We enjoyed our stay at Gardastivo, the neighbourhood is calm, but not far away from Arco's center.

- great pool area - clean - beautiful view - big parking - bike storage - kind host - quiet neighbourhood - great pizza next door :)

- very poor wifi, it doesn't work most of the time - laundry and air conditioning for additional fee - the appartment could be better equipped (no dishwasher - although mentioned in the booking description, no hairdryer, no kettle) - terrible acoustics - the appartments are quite dark - no private area outside - either common courtyard or the swimming pool area

Perfect place with Wonderful hosts.

Wonderful place run by wonderful people: the hosts Millie and her daughter Cristiana. They are always ready to help in anything you ask them. Rooms are superb, clean and looking perfect for us. For sure we would like to come back to such a splendid place.

It was alright, but it could have been better

Good for families with kids, clean and large rooms. Location is really nice, but far away from the city centre of Arco.

The pool is quite small and usually full of kids. I did not appreciate that we had to leave earlier than the usual time because other guests were coming earlier. Indeed, we had to leave around 9:30 instead of 11 o’clock of the morning. Also, on the arrival day, we arrived at 14 o’clock as declared to the staff, but no one was there so we had to wait 1 hour more to get in the facility. Finally, you need to pay extra 5 euro per night for the air conditioner, which was surprising since it did not show on the website. In the end,I feel I didn’t receive good value for my money, and I believe that the organisation of the residence should improve more (coordinating the cleaning time, the arrival time of all guests etc.)

Exceptional

The host was brilliant, not much English and my Italian is not good but met in the middle by both speaking German hahaha. I highly recommend this place, just out side Arco so nice and quiet. Definitely going to return for a longer time to try some harder climbing routes.

Pleasant

I liked it in general. It was the second time being there.

I requested an apartment in front of the pool, which was great to get. However, it was very small. In comparison with our previous stay at this place, this wasn’t that comfortable as we got a smaller room than expected. There wasn’t a proper bed but rather a bed sofa. For this reason value per money was lower than what we had experienced before. Other than that all good.
