The host was very nice and gave us many suggestions to the popular spots and restaurants in the town

Exceptional

Perfect location next to the convention center. Cozy room, just what we needed. Very clean. We arrived before check in and they let us park in their carpark which was great as it is very hard to get a park in the city.

Extra towels would have been great.

Walking distance to town, very clean and tidy, a great shower and bathroom. A nice courtyard out the front. The host were very welcoming.

There must have been a slight leak from the cistern into the toilet as occasionally we heard the cistern topping up during the night. Easily rectified by closing the bathroom door. There was also some condensation on the doors in the morning. But didn't feel damp in the room.

Have stayed at this property a few times, and is ideally placed for all activities in central Christchurch. Lovely rooms walking distance to shopping area, Hagley park botanic gardens, and the hospital. A hidden gem with nice staff and competitive prices.

Location is excellent! Very comfortable stay with a fantastic shower.

End unit, central location, Comfortable bed in a dark room, great shower, and outdoor space.

The night rate was expensive (staying for 3 nights) with only the rubbish was emptied and dishes done each day. No clean towels or bed made.

On the second night we stayed in the house. Would have liked toaster in room, but realised this would have been a fire safety issue.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The close proximity to all services and nearby suburbs. It was quiet at night
