Nos abrieron la habitación 2 veces el mismo día: una la persona de limpieza y la otra la recepcionista. Demasiado ruidoso, el piso de los pasillos esta a desnivel entonces rebotan las ruedas de maletas y carro de limpieza (imposible dormir) Es DEMASIADO FOTOGÉNICO, esta muy descuidado y viejo El "desayuno incluido", con todo respeto, parece de comedor comunitario, platos y vasos desechables, comida de muy baja calidad Si quieres que te abran la puerta a media mañana, y no poder dormir adelante.

Excellent time

The staff was great, they were always asking us if we needed anuthing, the food was good and the distance to the places we visited was relatively short. The price was not too bad considering there were festivities around.

En últimas reservaciones , hay muchos grupos de personas ( autobuses) y hacen demasiado ruido , se quedan a altas horas de la noche y no dejan descasar , las instalaciones son muy malas , no hay relación en precio y calidad

Tranquilo y confortable a un buen precio

Falta mantenimiento, la limpieza no es buena, las toallas muy viejas y rotas, la regadera rota, no había tapa en el lavabo y estaba tapado, las almohadas viejas y echas bola, tuve que ir dos veces a recepción porque se desactivaban las llaves, la caja fuerte cerrada, no la pudimos usar. La puerta del baño no cerraba

WE LOVE ❤️ IT HERE!

I've been staying at this location since it was a BEST Western Location (1996). It's a good location for our relatives live close by.

Excellent staff (3 women) that serve breakfast every morning. They are the best staff Ever.

Needs maintenance such as paint and fixing loose doors.

Location , loved the cable box great channels!

The locks on the door don’t work. Shower was missing a door. Tv has no in between with volume. It’s either mega loud or nothing.

It was a convenient location and the facility was convenient with the breakfast buffet. The place was mostly quiet. No problem with the function of the air conditioning of the room

The door to the room was broken and hard to open and close. The A.C. cover was on top of a dresser with a lot of dust and an empty drink bottle. I asked room service to take care of that but to no avail. I'm a tall person so I was able to see it.

Do not stay in this hotel since, the moment I entered the room, I knew something bad was going to happen. The first thing to note is that nothing compares to the pictures in this app; it is the opposite. Secondarily, the place was dirty, but they mentioned that it was a clean room. I noticed hair on the sheets, and dirt stays all over the sheets. The most gross thing was that the pillow had yellow stains and didn't even have a cover. Several years ago, we stayed there, and it was totally clean. My husband and I stayed in this place just because it was in front of my sister-in-law's department, but never again would we rather stay in the Fiesta Inn. We canceled our stay and left. Hopefully we get a full refund.

Perfect location. We have stayed here since 2001. Great kitchen staff.

MOLD on shower walls,,, shower missing one shower door,,, no hot or warm water for three days,,, towels were dirty,,, blower fan inside bathroom not working and nats and mosquitos were always inside the room because where the blower fan was, lead to outside atmosphere. And we were there eight days/ WE thought that they would replace the motor of the blower fan. Not, I bought Clorox for the mold and also on the insects inside the bathroom. A few other other things, but not as important as the above mentioned. BUT WE LOVE THE LOCATION AND WE WILL GO BACK AND HOPEFULLY ROOM # 145 WILL BE ALRIGHT. GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE.

We have been staying in this area since 1996. Sleep inn use to be a Best Western hotel for many stays since I started visiting Monterrey. Everytime it was full we would go to WYNDHAM , almost across the street on Universidad Ave. We would just show up with out a reservation for about twenty years before we started using our cell phones to make reservations.

Well, I'll just list them. Sunday we were in room#133 down stairs.It was Okay. Monday thru Monday, ,, we are down stairs in#145. THIS room has a small closet for the eight days that we will be here. Fan in bathroom does not work.its missing a door in the shower and water going on to floor. NO HOT WATER.. MOLD ON SHOWER WALLS. BUGS, MOSQUITOS INSIDE BATHROOM , BECAUSE FAN IN BATHROOM NOT WORKING.
