Wonderful mountain retreat with a great spa and beautiful views

The onsite Spa was huge, well designed and comfortable in temperature - a great place to relax after hiking in the mountains. The restaurant prepared great food and the food price was reasonable. The location is convenient for great hiking or watching beautiful sunsets.

Very clean and beautyful hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us to store our bagage after checkout, so we can go to the spa. The food in the Restaurant was amazing. The bed was very comfy.

The toilet door is not a real door, and can't fully close, so your partner is forced to listen to all the noises your body makes on the toilet.

Amazing location with great views. The spa is very big and allows you to truly relax even when a lot of people are there

The room was quite small. Also, the staff was not very polite: one of the waiters kept laughing at us and making fun of us every time me (a woman) would pay the bill instead of my partner (a man). This is quite inappropriate behaviour for the 21st century.

Excellent location, convenient transport accessibility. Wonderful spa with outdoor pool and mountain and lake views. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Friendly and caring staff.

Nice stay in Rigi

The spa and sauna was the highlight of our stay. Booking one night we had access to the spa for both days which was nice. The hikes areound the hotel are really nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty and with a good variaty.

The hotel is on the expensive side, but it gives access to the sauna and spa!

Beautiful view and great combination with spa. Easy to reach with public transport. Reception and dinner service very welcoming and helpful.

only improvement could be the breakfast service, but not every one are morning people. The types of produce is very typical to the mountain area. unfortunately the vegetable was not very fresh but everything else was.

Nice overall, needs refurbishment

The hotel is beautifully located. The view is breathtaking. We had a nice time overall and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool facilities, they were modern, spacious and well designed.

It's very outdated and didn't provide a good value for money. It feels like it hasn't been renovated in over a decade and it shows on all the facilities. The dinner is extremely overpriced and falls below any standard of quality and taste. No alternatives around. The swimming pool opens one hour before check out, so it's impossible to go for a morning swim on your last day without stressing out (no soap in the pool showers, either).

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great thermal spa with stunning views - good value to be able to use it unrestricted on both check in and check out days. Food was good, lots of variety at breakfast. Staff were kind and welcoming.

For the price, would have liked a kettle/possibility for tea/coffee in the room.

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. Very beautiful location, nice thermal pool with exceptional view.

The staff were very friendly and kind, except one middle age man working in the Rigistubli restaurant. In the last day, we decided to have a coffee and a sweet in the afternoon. He was rude (It seemed that he didn't feel comfortable with dark hair people), almost throwing things on our table!!!
