Super....noi sempre qui!

Ottima struttura in ottima posizione, ben tenuta, molto pulita con personale disponibile, sorridente e gentile. Colazione varia per tutti i gusti, camere ampie con bagno, balcone e doccia ampia. Il phone è grande che per chi ha i capelli lunghi va molto bene. Parcheggi riservati in struttura.

La mancanza del frigorifero.

This was an amazing place to stay and I look forward to returning.

The breakfast was varied and fantastic and offered something for everyone. Appreciated that it was included in our hotel room price. I also really enjoyed the wellness center, and again, appreciated that we did not have to pay extra. Our room had a beautiful view and was nice and quiet at night. Very nice that there was a washer/dryer for our laundry needs. Great central location. Staff was very helpful.

It would have been nice to have a safe and a small refrigerator in the room. Nothing else as everything else was fantastic.

1)Location (in the centre and still only 5 min walking to the skylift) 2) breakfast - fresh orange juice, good espresso, very wide selection 3) balcony view

1) My partner is 195m and he found the bed bit short (but for me was very fine) 2) 2x we left the room bit later, around 11 am and the room was not cleaned up after

Great vacation in a great location

Great location right in the center. The Spa is very nice. The staff is very welcoming, especially lovely Ioana.

The breakfast can be improved to Israelis like myself that enjoysa variety of veggies and cheeses... Plus the scrambled egg is finished pretty fast at breakfast time and the guests who come later don't get to enjoy from it.

Friendly, comfortable, clean - a joy to stay there.

Excellent location in the centre & close to the gondola. Good size room with balcony and amazing views. Excellent choice for breakfast and pizza restaurant in the evening. Spa & pool wax a bonus.

great hotel

very nice hotel in the middle of the city. the breakfast was good , the rooms were clean and big. the hotel has an indoor pool which was very nice for my kids, the water were a bit cold but it was still fun. the hotel has also a very big spa for adults with many kinds of saunas and a big jacuzzi and I enjoyed it a lot

Great location, close to restaurants, great sauna's, staff were very helpfull and firendly, big rooms & showers, great balcony to the mountain, big breakfast

Nice stay.

The hotel has central location and outstanding service, but a little dated. Parking in front of the hotel.The room was clean, with excellent insulation, the balcony and the view are a nice bonus. The sauna is superb. Restaurant El Cianton was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, breakfast, views and rooms in Canazei!

The breakfast was incredible - we found it to be a great variety of options, from meats and cheeses to pastries to eggs to coffee. The views in the breakfast room were great and the staff was also incredibly friendly! The hotel is also very conveniently located for skiing - about a 5 minute walk to the Pecol lift and a 5 minute walk from the run that comes down into the town to the hotel. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. Joana at the front desk was also amazing and incredibly friendly. She helped my sister practice her Italian and was very kind our entire stay!

Ski week in Canazei

Nice rooms and spa, fantastic position, kind and responsive staff

Only pizza for dinner, it would be better to offer also traditional dishes, especially for Italians !

Great comfortable hotel convenient for everything. Deserves more than 3*

Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Something for everyone. Omelettes were excellent. Plenty of choice and all food was very fresh. Pastries were delicious

In order to allow people to get to lifts earlier, breakfast would have been better starting at 7 not 730. Always queues of people waiting for dining room to open first thing

Best service ever

Staff were fantastic- we just had the best service. Really great location with 5 min walk to the ski lift and 5 min from the slope going down to Canazei. Great breakfast with freshly made omelettes and a really clean hotel with a super spa area. We’re already planning to go back for our next skiing vacation

You can’t get from the ski locker room into the hotel but have to walk outside - not so great with slippers in the snow
