There was nothing to like because although I had booked online three days previously, the woman at the desk told me that she didn't have a room reserved for me and that I should contact Booking.com to sort it out. As it was 4-45 in the afternoon I then had to phone around for another option and the only room available was terrible but I had no choice. When I called Booking.com that night I spoke to a lady who I believe would have been oversees who was no help at all, and then told me to "have a nice evening" ...........really !! I will never use Booking.com again

The pillow was good I liked the doors to out side and was big room still we had to try to entertain our selves due to no TV which I wanted to watch after dinner

I didn't like that it was $190 1 night no cooking facility or microwave just kettle and toaster, also didn't like that I had to change batteries out of TV remote to use heater, being with a teen and not even being able to watch a movie sucked due to TV not working at all, I would have been better off staying in the budget accommodation and share a bathroom cause I pretty much paid $190 for a private bathroom, if your expecting it to be good lower the expectations I deffinately won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend

Good value for money. Hot water was scarce but otherwise a comfortable stay in transit.

Very spacious rooms

This is a lovely motel and the manager was very helpful. We arrived after dark after a long and difficult trip. The motel was a great place to stop.

Large room. Comfy bed. Had everything we needed and expected.

I liked the location of the property set out of town. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff are lovely and friendly very inviting. That’s why I choose to stay here when visiting family in young.

On my last visit there was food still in the fridge that’s the only negative.

The bed was comfortable and the airconditioner although noisy heated the room. Good toiletries and the bathroom was clean. Owner/Manager gave information re restaurants in town that would deliver even though a few minutes out of town. Went to buy some soft drink and they were complimentary because office not open when we arrived even though after 2.00pm

This is advertised as a property with a restaurant and one reason why we booked. I understand that things have changed due to Covid but the information on the website and signage out the front needs to be changed. No alternatives for breakfast were offered. Okay to get dinner delivered but on a cold morning did not want to get up and go into town. Luckily we had some supplies with us. If the owners do not want to do breakfast trays another property we stayed at had a "Breakfast Box" in the room for a minimal charge. At 10.00am on our second day I thought it was unusual to get a knock on the door and were given clean towels and the bins were emptied. The owner/manager commented "no one wants to go out today" That was the extent of our room service that day. I did say don't worry about the bed I will make it but I knew he wasn't going to come back later. I have never had house keeping come to the room before we had gone out. The day we left I was going to wash my hair but could only get a very lukewarm supply of water so I waited until the next day. This property needs some TLC. The key was under the doormat and it was obvious the mat had not been moved to be swept under for some time. There were ants and a few spiders in the bathroom webs on the ceiling and dead insects around the skirting boards. The carpets were stained and dirty. I was on holiday but wished I had a vacuum cleaner and a dust cloth. Usually on check in one is asked if you want to use the credit card given to secure the booking but I wasn't given this option and later found my credit card had been charged with a 3% surcharge. If told I would have used another card. Other motel owners have told me that the Amex surcharge is no longer necessary as they do not charge anymore than any other credit card provider now. Another reason we stayed here were the positive reviews but now when I look at the dates many are not recent.
