Magical

The hotel was stunning, everything was so clean. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond every time. The food was also lovely and the riad is in a fantastic location.

A wonderful escape to culture and tranquil

I recently stayed here with my dad and sister, and our experience was exceptional. Mohammed, Ahmed and Ahlam and all other staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Their support and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was absolutely wonderful. Not only is it a gorgeous riad with beauty everywhere you look and wonderful design and architecture, the staff friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work, which made our special occasion even more memorable. We highly recommend Riad Melhoun. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication.

Never had such warm welcome and personal service in a hote accommodation! Thank you so much guys!

Amazing hosts ***** great location, very quiet, Aladdin Arabian style, super terrace with view and the best of it, even a a birthday cake for me, what else do you need for a perfect holiday!? Well, the pool is a tube, the rooms were small, but who cares with that amazing service around the clock!

A very comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Calm riad with beautiful architectural details and ample space for dining around the larger than average rippling pool. Lovely roof space for relaxing, dining or drinks. The food was delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were interesting to talk with and nothing was too much trouble.

Exceptional

Wonderful place. Only 9 rooms, quiet, cosy, and excellent service. Special thanks to Mustafa, Jamel and Mohamed who are always willing to help you and make your stay comfortable. The room was comfortable and very clean and the rooftop jacuzzi great to relax after all the walking. We had dinner one evening and the food was fantastic and at a very good price. We also used the spa, the best scrub and massage we ever had. We strongly recommend the hotel at a walking distance to all the attractions.

Great location, extremely friendly and attentive service.

Outstanding staff who went above and beyond for us. There are only 9 rooms in the hotel and every guest is treated like royalty. Nour, Jamal, and the entire team were simply exceptional. They made our holiday.

Superb

Staff was very friendly and always availabe - congratulations to all of them and to those who lead such a great team. Breakfast was also very good.

Bed was not very comfortable - two single beds (that were not perfectly fitted together) instead of a queen size bed. Very (but realy very) hard mattress.

Incredible customer service and location

Our stay here was incredible. the customer service was amazing- the staff were super friendly and attentive and made a point of learning our names. we were greeted with complimentary Moroccan tea and cookies. the manager is excellent and took us up to see the terrace himself. Jamal looked after us so well. We had a very reasonably priced, amazing quality 3 course dinner made using locally sported and fresh ingredients. The terrace upstairs was beautiful and the whole place has a spa vibe to it. a real oasis in an incredible location. You won’t regret booking in here- we had such a relaxing time after a busy tour of Morocco!

Riad Melhoun best experience!

The Riad Melhoun provided an authentic Morrocan experience in a beautiful setting close to everything! We loved every piece of our time there - 1) breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning, 2) facial and massages at the Spa, 3) the heated Rooftop dipping pool, 4) our beautiful suite, 5) the incredible staff who go out of their way for you on every need or want, and 6) an exquisite dinner on our last night. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend, 10/10 exceptional service by staff.

The customer service from Mohammed & Noar was exceptional, they both went above and beyond to cater to our needs. From taking the time when we arrived to show us where the Riad was located and what activities were around us to organising our taxi and accommodating our breakfast and meal times, the staff here made the experience what it was.

The room was small but is as advertised.

Loved it

Staff were so polite, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mohammed, Abdul and Ahmed. Inside the riad was absolutely gorgeous and a calm escape from the chaos of the city. the location was very handy, it’s a 5 minute walk from the main square.

Excellent Riad in the hearth of the old city

Very friendly and helpful staff and nice atmosphere. We had the room in a permanent "tent" on the rooftop, very large and with windows facing the rooftop terrace. This was very good, as we stayed for a full week.

Quality of dinners is very good, but there is not much choice. So for longer stays you might have to go out for dinner. Not a problem as many restaurants are within walking distance.

Home away from your home. 🥰

EVERYTHING - it was so homely and the staff couldn’t have been more amazing. We had dinner the first night in the Riad and it was delicious. All the food was fab and traditional morrocan. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. They gave us advice and tips on what to do, where to go and guided us with a map route. We took full advantage of the hamman and went for the full experience. The rooms were great. The location was excellent a few minutes walk and you are in the middle of everything. And it was nice and quiet and so dark. We slept in most mornings which was so needed. And then we enjoyed breakfast on the roof top. This was a fabulous Riad to stay in and we don’t normally return to places as we like to try new places but we definitely will come here again if back in morroco. Special thanks to Noor was incredible throughout but particularly amazing on our last day when we had issues with our pre booked taxi company. He went above and beyond walking us to the location whilst letting us use the hotspot on his phone. Its the little things and how much this place cares that made it so special. Also thank you to Mohammed and Tariq for making us so welcome too. My partner wanted to let you know that he loved watching the World Cup with you. Congratulations to morroco on making it so far. We wanted to come back to celebrate with you!

Take this with a pinch of salt as we decided to come in December but I think some heaters/blankets were needed to sit in the downstairs part of the riad or close the roof for the evening meals. It was a little too chilly for us. After 3 days we were a little tired of such a sweet breakfast but we do like to do things how the home country does. Don’t go western but maybe have more savoury options for breakfast?

Wonderful relaxing stay in the heart of Marrakesh

The riad was absolutely beautiful, and with the restaurant, spa and rooftop pool it had everything we wanted - in a very central location. The best part of our stay however was the amazing staff who were so attentive and shared their local knowledge with us making our trip a breeze.

Excellent stay and we were well looked after.

Very good stay. We were looked after impeccably, the service was overall brilliant and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast, we also had a dinner which was lovely. Also very good massages!

The bed was up against a wall which meant one person had to shuffle out the bottom end to get out. But it was a comfortable bed!

An oasis of calm and tranquility

This Riad is amazing, the staff are fabulous and could not do enough for us. It’s spotlessly clean; the food is delicious; it’s an oasis in the madness of the medina.

Perfect in every way in a bonkers Marrakech!

Breakfast on the rooftop with the sun rising is a thing to be remembered. The Moroccan pancakes where a substantial start to the day. Freshly squeezed orange juice was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean and well appointed. Dinner is a must as the kitchen produce fantastic Tagines with the freshest of ingredients. The trips are well organised and the spa is a good experience. Every member of staff is helpful and the guidance they give is priceless.
