A welcome surprise

A neat little place with lots of helpful little extras (e.g., the only place I've ever stayed where there was ironing aid beside the ironing board). Much better than expected.

Wonderful getaway location in Armidale.

Beautiful tidy property. Large, spacious rooms. Lovely little touches like magazines and books and chocolates on the beds. The manager was quite professional, but also very personable.

An exceptionally clean and tidy motel which the owners always ensure is at a very high standard.

I have stayed at the Motel on many occasions as i travel for work, It is one of the best Motels i have stayed in, the owners are very friendly and the room is always immaculately clean and tidy, with every facility you could want. Exceptional value for money too. !

Very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches that we much appreciated.

With tasteful decor and furniture, the owners have transformed what would otherwise be standard accommodation into a delightful place to stay.

Would love to come again

The room was really very cosy and comfortable, it had an athmosphere of “home”. Although on a main road, it was extremely quiet. Matt on the reception was very helpful.

The owner does an excellent tray at breakfast. Plenty of milk for cereal,lovely cutlery. Best tray we have ever had in a motel.He is a friendly person,the rooms are always clean,choccies on the bed with the towels.Just nice little touches.Also it is a quiet spot off Marsh St in Armidale.We have stayed a few times there,,it is a pleasant experience.

Don't know of anything, if we were being picky,very small soaps,and hard to get the kettle under the tap in bathroom.But,as I say,that's being picky.

Very satisfying

The ONLY negative comment I have is that both booking.com and google listed this motel as "pet Friendly". However after confirming my booking I received paperwork stating "NO PETS ALLOWED". After communicating directly with the motel I was advised that "pets were permissible as long as the motel was left in a clean condition" Why the MISLEADING advertisement of "PET FRIENDLY". OF course as a responsible pet owner I would ALWAYS make sure that I would leave any premises used for my pet in a clean and "AS FOUND" condition!!.
