Помешкання чисте, велике, просторе! Господар постійно на взʼяку і відповість на всі запитання! В квартирі все є( праска,

Квартира чудова! Велика, простора, чиста! Розташування ідеальне. Ми приїздили по справах і нам потрібно було працювати на вулиці Хрещатик, а це 8 хвилин до квартири! Все необхідне під рукою. Супермаркет в підземному переході, фудкорди в ТЦ Глобус ( а він також в підземному переході)! Рекомендую!!!

Єдиний трохи сумний фактор відсутність газової плити ( вона там є , але газу в квартирі не має) . Зараз важка ситуація зі світлом по всій країні, Київ звісно не виняток. Але ми швидко пристосувалися завдяки застосунку «Київ цифровий» , приходить смс сповіщення про відключення та поновлення електропостачання! Тому ми знали, коли ми можемо поїсти!😀 Нам в поміч були фудкорди , МакДональдз та безліч кіосків з їжею на Майдані Незалежності ( 5 хв до помешкання)!

Хороша квартира за свої гроші

Гарне розташування, гарна квартира, є кондиціонер, але пульту від кондиціонеру так і не зайшли

Засобів, таких як гелів для душу було лише на двох людей, а помешкання на чотирьох. Не дуже чиста ванна кімната, погано прибраний диван, в ньому було волосся

Warm, with electrics, spacious.

I stayed in a flat on Kreschatik street 17. Obviously, location is perfect. Very spacious, big clean rooms. Some of the windows and balcony go to the main Kiev street (Kreschatik), which gives amazing views, but might be a bit noisy for someone (not for me). I stayed during an active war in the country (beginning of December 2022) and there were electrics cuts around the city. But unexpected and nice surprise was to find out that the house had electricity all the time (not sure why, probably connected to the ‘important line’ or something like that). Property was also warm (heating worked without problems) and had hot water (good bath with jacuzzi). This all made my stay smooth and cozy. Good communication with an owner - always promptly answered my msgs. Clear instructions of how to access the property. I was in Kiev many times before and generally can say, that this property was one of the best where I had to stay.

* I think guests would benefit from a sachet of tea/coffee + a bit of sugar in the property, especially when someone comes from far away and did not have a chance to get to the shop yet. * Despite my tries, I did not figure out how to find any channels on TV - there were 3 remote controls and I pressed on all of them but it didn’t work. It might be just me silly 🙃

if anyone book this apartment, be careful, they might let you pay 2 times and not return the money back to you

they made me pay 2 times and they said it's a deposit, and I waited more than 5 days and still haven't received the deposit! because it was not a deposit. I checked the bank account and it's written like a payment not a block money from the account. each time I contact them, they say oh sorry we will fix this issue! but it's a word on paper.

it was a good location with a small store across the street.

location and size of the flat. it was a nice place to stay and a good deal for the price.staff let us check in a little early. they were friendly.

elevator stopped working. flat is on the 8th floor. water did not work one morning. but that's usual in Ukraine. it happens. office to pick up keys is elsewhere in the city. not that Convienent to go to the office then flat. but it works and everything else was good. the picture of the balcony. with view of maiden is not what you get. I don't even know if they have such a flat. they manage several properties around the city.

Snowy days

- All furniture was on its place and worked perfectly - Apartment is located close to Gulliver big mall, restaurants and entertaining places are all around

-As every old buildings in Kiev, bit smelly entrance and noisy lift -Taking a shower is dangerous on a jacuzzi bathub cause it has steps where it's difficult to stand up. Some places had a shower apart or a normal bath with bubbles - Finally apartment staff, they made us move to city center to pay, when previously in all other agencies we rented, they wait for you inside apartment or they come to you next day. To be honest that's the only thing we didn't like this time, rest was fine no problem

Terrible location, the pics are shown on the booking,com website are misleading . PLS REMEMBER THAT YOU NEED TO collect keys from one part of the city and your appartment can be in some other part of the city, Total waste of time No tea or coffee provided in the room STAY AWAY

they give us a home 1,5 km far from centre. its the worst home i have ever been in. terrible. everything is terrible. heaterd are not working. there is just little electric heater. we freeze there. nearly 10 days left they havent given blocked money. they dont answer. just 1 time they said its about the bank. never ever.

Location

Smell of cigarettes was all of the apartment- even in bathroom. All bedclothes and towels smelled cigarettes. And it’s not about a light smell- my impression was that I’m sleeping in the nightclub from 90’s. Horrible and disgusting
