Hier kom ik niet meer terug.

Het waren goede bedden.En ook de mensen aan de receptie waren zeer behulpzaam. We hadden eerst een kamer met voorzieningen voor mensen met een rolstoel,maar konden zonder veel moeite omboeken naar een gewone kamer.

De ervaring van het keukenpersoneel liet de wensen over.Doordat er een open keuken is, kon je zien dat er totaal geen samenwerking was tussen mensen uit de keuken en de zaal.Ook het ontbijt viel wat tegen, vooral in vergelijking met hotels van dezelfde prijsklasse.

Lief personeel maar dure kamers voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Lief personeel. We hadden autopech en konden onze lounge blijven zitten

Twee nachten verbleven. Eerste nacht in de suite waarvan het klapbed echt behoorlijk hard was . Tweede nacht in twee aparte kamers. Er lag een oude string in de ene kamer en in de andere kamer kon het bad niet worden gevuld door een kapotte stop en was er een tekort aan handdoeken. Verder vrij stoffig.

Accueil chaleureux et belle localisation La suite est spacieuse idéale avec deux enfants

Lit bébé demandé et validé mais finalement pas installé à notre arrivée Des problème de propreté avec une couette qui sentait l’urine Lumières issue de secours dans l’espace sommeil pour enfant assez dérangeante

Goed en net hotel

Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie kamer, zeer net. Goed ontbijt. Ondergrondse parking gereserveerd (14€/nacht).

Er waren werken aan het hotel en bijgevolg konden we er niet dineren. Gelukkig niet te ver van het centrum.

Le petit déjeuner était infect. Et n’était pas digne d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Rien de ce qui était proposé au buffet était frais. Tout était industriel.

Bel emplacement mais plusieurs défauts à revoir

Acceuil sympathique emplacement ideal. Bonne literie et chambre spacieuse

La clé de la chambre même si nous avions été prévenu ne fonctionnait vraiment pas bien, il fallait bien 2 à 3 mns pour ouvrir La douche n'avait aucune pression, à peine un filet d'eau et la température de l'eau varie du très chaud au très froid d'une minute à l'autre sans même bouger le mitigeur, c'est particulièrement désagréable. Ce sont 2 points rédhibitoire pour un hôtel de ce standing.

clean comfortable overnight stop with helpful staff

Restaurant was disappointing compared to when we ate there previously - limited choice (especially the wine list!) and the food, although good, was not of the quality we had on a previous visit

Perfect stop-over.

Good food, nice service, good recommendation for a nice local bottle of wine. Super comfortable bed. Very very quiet, despite the fact that hotel is next to v busy road (triple-glazing).

For a night's stay perfectly ok, longer stay be mindful it is in a very urban location.

Superb

A very comfortable hotel and friendly atmosphere. Staff were very courteous and professional. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working. This was arranged for us in a few minutes with no difficulty at all. The restaurant food was excellent and waiting staff were very helpful and the staff seemed happy and comfortable with each other and worked well as a team. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting or travelling through the area. Very dog friendly too.

Excellent stay, with reliable car and good food down the road, halfway towards the mountains.

The very fact that there was an actual parking space available, as announced, in the hotel property (basement), which is an condition indeed when stops over at Villefranche just for a transit and good food around. Other hotels than Mercure have disappointed us in announcing to us when arriving that the parking was full or not available. We make sure now to early detect false statements of the like.

The Hotel has actually another name and logo, so we lost time in finding it : Either Booking.com communicates on the actual name, or the hotel makes a 'Mercure' logo visible from the several (one way) Villefranche streets where it and the parking is located.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and town centre.

Room was really nice, good size and quiet

The buffet breakfast wasn't great; the selection was quite poor and food didn't seem to be restocked so if you arrived down to breakfast a little late, you miss out! I didn't think the breakfast was worth the price

it was fine, but would look for alternatives when next in Villefranche

Good location, safe parking, clean.

It wasn't pointed out to us that whilst we had prepaid for an evening meal that the menu for that was different to the a la carte and therefore ended up paying much more, for frankly an ok meal.

Parking was not included, lack of power sockets, poor seating area, curtain very difficult to close, lack of hand washing facility in WC, lack of light in saf cupboard, dinner menu minimal and excessively expensive.

Super hotel and breakfast. The staff were friendly and the hotel is very clean and modern.

I was disappointed by the comfort of the bed. The hotel itself is great but the matress was not.
