Staff were very welcoming. We loved the location by the water.

We loved the location by the water, which was very close to the ferry that brought us to the city center in a few minutes. Breakfast was great, and there was a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy.

As the hotel is a little far off from everything else, it would have been nice if the hotel bar had been open a little longer in the evening for those 15 guests hanging out in the lobby area. Now, we had to buy a beer and bring it to our room.

Schönes Hotel mit super Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer super Lage, schöner Spa Bereich mit super Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse. Leckeres Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. Super Location um die Stadt zu erkunden. Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Bra hotell som inte levde upp till mina förväntningar denna gång.

Har bott här flera ggr och gillar läget, hotellet och personalen.

Den här gången supersvårt att hitta in med bil. Hade önskat info om detta innan ankomst. Nu tog det oss mycket tid och vi fick bråttom då vi hade en tid att passa. Har ätit middag fler ggr tidigare och varit nöjd. Nu var vi fem och alla var bara halvnöjda. (Helt genomstekt ryggbiff när vi önskat medium rare bl a) Hade också klickat i både tidig ankomst och rum ut mot älven men det syns inte i bokningen så jag trodde att det inte hade gått igenom, annars hade jag nog avbeställt rum mot älven då jag insåg att vi knappt skulle ha tid att hänga på rummet. Många synpunkter denna gång men jag gillar som sagt hotellet och återkommer. 🙂

De ligger lite off + att de byggs mycket just nu vilket är lite svårt att hitta när man kommer med bil.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettem Personal.

Wenn man in Lindholmen zu tun hat ist die Lage optimal. Auch ein schneller Transfer zum Stadtzentrum mit den Fährschiffen ist bis 21:30 auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar.

Breakfast was really good and especially for kid there are plenty options In general, room was not big enough but location was really good if you use ferry to go otherside

Staff didn`t inform me about parking and I paid 2x days parking fee and when I turn back to hotel there was not available parkin slot. I had to pay 2nd time for parking

Avoir été surclassé et avoir une chambre avec vue sur la rivière.

Parking très cher à proximité, bien plus cher que mentionné sur Bookings. Le ferry pour rejoindre le centre-ville payant contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur Bookings.

Stort, fräscht men en bit till city

Vi hade ett mysigt rum med utsikt över Götaälv och perfekt med bäddsoffa i separat rum för barnen. Trevlig personal. Trevlig relaxavdelning med takroof - 3 bubbelpooler varav en var utomhus.

Incheckningen tog för lång tid. Frukosten kändes inte Corona anpassad. Lite trist läge men funkade för oss som hade bil. Hotellet hade ingen egen privat parkering, fanns dock parkeringshus mitt emot.

Welness avd fikk du kun bruke 1 time per opphold. så det vil si at om jeg kjøpte 1 natt + 1 natt, hadde jeg fått 2 timer, men siden jeg kjøpte 2 nettet sammenhengende fikk jeg kun 1 time. Veldig rart at noen som bor der feks 1 mnd får kun 1 time, og en som bor der 1 natt får også 1 time

Bra, lugnt men begränsade öppettider på SPA. Tänk på att frukost oftast inte ingår.

Bra miljöer på hotellet. Oftast lugnt. Trevlig personal.

Spa delen har bara öppet på eftermiddagarna på vardagarna. Frukost ingår oftast inte på rumbsbokningen vilket kan göra att det totala priset blir högre än jämförbara hotell med ett mer centralt läge.

Vi kommer inte att bo här igen.

Inte så mycket.

Att man var tvungen att betala en depositionsavgift som inte framgick vid bokning. Först vid bokningsbekräftelse. Varför? De reserverade pengar lördagen den 18/11 och än idag torsdag den 23/11 har pengarna fortfarande inte kommit tillbaka. Är det för att hotellet skall tjäna räntepengar? Ingen information vart man skulle gå till hissen eller vart frukosten var. Samt frukost utspridd. Nej tack inte igen.

Although away from the city centre, good option for Goteborg

Nice place, staff is professional, busy but good breakfast, interesting newly developed area and easy to get into the city centre. Shops and some restaurants nearby. Good coffee in the room and the design is still nice. Roof terrace when the weather is nice.

We arrived late due to a delay and then it was a bit of a challenge to find public transport.

Overall the only consolation is the friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

The staff at the reception counter are pleasant and friendly.

There was no telephone in the room so when I need something I will have to go down. To me the housekeeping is not reliable. After the first day they didn’t clean my room. So I had to go down to ask for fresh towels. On the 2nd day they made up my room but I was pretty sure they did not change my duvet covers. Again I had to ask for body wash which they didn’t replenish. On the 3rd day before I went out I put the tissue box on the sink indicating that I need a new box of tissue. But they left it as it is and I had to go down again to ask for tissues.
