Hospitable, friendly, great views...

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic sea views from the balcony. Clean, bright and spacious room. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. The hosts went out of their way to give us a lift to Karpathos Town when we were leaving.

Dramatic sea and mountain views to die for!

Spotlessly clean, you can not get a cleaner place, not even in a 10 star hotel!. Dramatic sea/mountain views to die for and will be remembered for many years to come! Nice large balcony with table and chairs for your sundown or moonlight aperitif. You get a welcome package for your first breakfast and 2 big water bottles, which is a nice touch. 3 min walk to small supermarket and Nina's taverna. Nice crispy super white sheets and fluffy towels. Shower had very good water pressure. Good air conditioning. Very fast and reliable WiFi. Very quiet area. Close to small Kastelia beach and short walkable distance to Big Ammopi beach. Eirini and Sophia (your hosts) were always available and would do their best to help you and make you comfortable!. Would definitely return.

As usual in Greece, bed was on the harder side, a mattress topper would do wonders.

Pleasant

Great view from the balcony. Close proximity to at least two beaches that would cater to different beach goers.

Conveniently located however badly positioned: all terraces are in direct contact with the strong winds and unusable during windy nights. Not mentioned in the original description are extra house rules where only "light cooking" and "no frying" is allowed in the "multi-purpose" kitchen. These rules are strictly enforced by the hawk-eyed and impersonal owner. If you enjoy cooking on vacation, my advice is to either stay somewhere else or to bring your own utensils (knives, plates, and pans) as the equipment provided is just bare minimum.

Great value for money option, in great location in Ammoopi!

The view was fantastic. The location is very good. The place is kept very clean.
