stay somewhere close to mall

Location

The bed was hard as a brick. I communicated this with the owner and she just said ok. Also the breakfast ends at 9AM. Maybe this is more of a business hotel. Not relaxing at all. Also tv gets 2 channels. We asked for food recommendations and none were really provided and their is a ton of stuff to eat.

I would recommend this facility for both leisure and business.

Excellent location in a secure neighborhood. Spacious clean rooms, very comfortable with modern amenities.

An oasis in the heart of the city.

Room was neat and tidy - all amenities that were needed featured in the well-sized space. Breakfast was superb and the staff throughout my stay were professional and friendly.

There was nothing I did not like.

The place was very clean and secure, in a classy neighborhood. Nice garden as well.

Disappointing

Well positioned. Staff very helpful. Bath water was wonderfully hot. Bed Linen good quality.

The room decor was substandard. Everything was ill matched, and not of the quality expected in a five star establishment. The electricity system kept on tripping, and there was insufficient exterior security lighting during load-shedding times, when the generator was functional. Duvet inner tired and deflated.

Would definitely stay there again.

Elfrieda's hosting was welcoming and warm. Delicious homely breakfast. Gorgeous gardens. A home away from home.

Cupboards could do with a freshening up of linen or room spray, maybe shelf liners that are fragranced. Bit of a damp smell that gets on the clothes.

Peaceful & very comfortable

Friendly, helpful staff. Centrally located - so house is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping malls etc. Comfortable, clean room & bathroom Breakfast was good with a beautiful outlook over the gorgeous gardens - very tranquil

location was excellent

Meet & greet was not great. Didn’t have lights and hot water in bathroom. 2 cold showers later, third I did with a wet towel. Middle of the night no generator facilities (no lights/aircon/power). Never saw the inside of my bathroom ( due to no power)Could not do hair this morning. In general a good location, but the way you you handled the cold water & no power situation was a joke in my office this morning. I would next time go somewhere else. i could have been better informed & for your rating the facilities should have been in place or better handled

Home away from home 😊

The facility is at a great location in terms of accessibility. I also enjoyed that it felt like home away from home. Such a beautiful garden too 😍

I didn't like that my room didn't have windows for fresh air. It felt stuffy at times.

Exceptional and the service was exceptional with exceptional staff and owner.

I kicked everything in this property. The garden, the room was clean with a refreshing smell .

Disappointed as we were expecting five star accommodation and service.

Great location. Lovely breakfast options. Nespresso machine in room.

This should not be advertised as five star accommodation it is more like a 3-4 star. It is definitely not luxurious. It may have been a five star a while back but it definitely needs a facelift.

Felt at home

Helpful stuff members - they made me feel at home. The breakfast was really delicious - All the infrastructure/buildings/facilities were well maintained.
