Super locatie, mooi gebouw met historie.

De dame bij het ontbijt was niet vriendelijk, draaide haar verhaaltje af, was niet geinteresseerd, jammer.

Jammer dat er geen parkeerplaats gereserveerd kan worden maar het hotel regelt en betaald wel voor het parkeren aan de straatkant.

Je reviendrais dans cette établissement, c’était vraiment bien !

Ce que j’ai aimé dans cette hôtel, c’est l’emplacement vraiment à proximité de la plage/resto/supérette. J’ai apprécier le fait qu’il y ai des chambres à l’extérieur du bâtiment et le personnel vraiment rien à dire à l’écoute vous aide à trouver des solutions ils sont disponible. Mais encore, le petit déjeuné est varié et bon

Ce que j’ai un peu moins apprécié. C’est que la réception vers ses portes à partir d’1h30 du matin

Location was more than perfect. From the hotel you can go to center, beach and restaurants in a very short walk. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. And the balcony on top was a great spot to have a glass of wine.

The only point was that I stayed on top floor and my mother in law need to walk all the way up and down... Maybe hotel should tell in advance that there were no elevators or maybe try to accomodate eldery in a lower floor.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to

It is a very nice renovated family hotel with very good location. The breakfest was like in a five stars hotel. They provide bar as well until midnight with a very good price. The hotel owner gave us cake for my brother birthday as well. I recommend this hotel for everyone.🥰

I booked for Massa not being here before and got a €20 taxi fair to get there Being Saturday night it was so noisy with nightclub near by and late or early in morning a fight outside Very dated no lift and we were on top floor Bed could do with upgrade

Nice place to stay for a short beach holiday

Nice modern hotel on the beachfront with lovely walks on the pier and the beach. Quite a selection of restaurants close by. Facilities were good and staff helpful, recommending a local place to eat. Easy parking

A vintage hotel right across the beach

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, the room is good sized with a high ceiling and window. The owner is admirable, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast varied and good. The hotel itself is reasonably well maintained and full of character.

The double bed is made up of two singles pushed together and the gap is uncomfortable. There's no lift (guest rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor). The shower is very small, not a problem for a one night stay but maybe a bit more of a concern for a longer stay.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone working in Massa, it is more suited to a budget vacation.

Front desk staff at check in was pleasant

The manager was rude, bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn't work and was leaking, the shower was worse than a hostel shower.

Beautiful property, Staff was very helpful and just wonderful people. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and great options.

the location was excellent, and a nice room and everyone had access to a big terrace looking out over the ocean

The bed was really uncomfortable, and even the sign was put up on the door for no cleaning, the cleaner still went in and cleaned
