I liked the view of the building, looking at the mountains from up there was amazing.

The property looks a bit old to me, I'd like to see then renewing the facility. They had people working on a new room on the day that we arrived there so the place was very noisy for more than 3 hours. There was a lot of loud music at 4ish the morning of Sunday which made me lose my sleep. They did not facilitate the bathroom for free after we had discussed with them that they were just going to let us use it at no cost.

The AC is strong

The door was broken , the toilet was broken , the owner accused us that we break it but for the first day it was broken . The hotel is not for kids as its with all the stairs and heights you always have to supervised .

Nice clean pool. Yummy breakfast. Beautiful view. Enjoyed being away from sandy lagoon area for privacy.

Room #20 the sliding door was difficult to lock from the inside. Inconvenient bottom lock from outside slider door. The shower did not have a screen where the hole is. Bugs come in night and crawl on floor. Wish I had something to clean them up with. If I had a luggage stand I could have kept the luggage off the floor. My daughter was using the shelf on the other side of the slider.

it was a short walk to the beach, it was clean, organised and the staff was good

the Wifi is not good enough for a call unless you are in the lobby, that means having a meeting in a quite place (your room) is almost imposible.

The staff was great! Did the best they could with the little they had

It has not seen a capex investment since it was built. The pictures do not match with reality. the pool was awful. Just like a soup.

It was close to Taganga

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, they insisted in cash and not credit card. there were no electronic socklets at the bed. The reception tried to scam me for my change when I paid in cash. There were no toilet paper provided and they wanted to charge us for extra towels when we needed them(there had been quite some rain that day)

Excellent customer service, helpful staff and lovely breakfast.

There's no WiFi signal by the room where we stayed :( very inconvenient as we had to go down to the pool area to catch some signal.

Dont come unless absolutely necessary

The hotel is ok, but the building is located at the bottom of a hill and its difficult to take the cars out. The taganga town is very poor and the down town is not pretty.

The shower drain did not work There is a very steeped hill hard to walk with bags. There were ants in the beds.
