Its extremely difficult to find anything positive about this hotel. I could say they set a new record.

I work with police forces in an anti mafia anti county lines role. I am not a cop They were on the phone to the mob to try to get a payment for "hat" as in a lost hat, someone a criminal organisation wants to find, before I had got back inside from a cigarette. This is a world record performance.

La localización y la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones

El desayuno es realmente flojo, no tiene ninguna variedad, es un desayuno enfocado a países asiáticos. Pedi productos sin gluten y me confirmaron que tenian de todo y NO había absolutamente nada. El personal tiene cero ganas de estar allí y se nota. Por último, estabamos en la planta 8 y alli el ruido que hace el ascensor es enorme e impide el descanso.

On the whole ok.

Breakfast was nice with many choices. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Showers were lovely and bathroom also large. The reception staff and breakfast room staff were very nice and helpful.

The manager's manner of communication with us could have been improved. We felt that she treated us as potential criminals rather than respected guests.

All in all, a place I can really recommend. I will book again next time for sure.

The reception was very friendly and supportive.I had an early check-in, but the quickly found a solution for me. Thank you for your kindness.

At the morning breakfast the service was friendly, but cleaning the tables was more important than serving. I had to wait for my coffee about 10 minutes once. So better sharing the workload between 2-4 people could solve such issue. ;-)

Too hot with sleepless nights

The room and bathroom were large.

I missed an arm chair and the pillows were uncomfortable. But the worst was lack of air condition. It was 35 C outside and the room was like a sauna!!! I asked for air condition but was told it was not possible.

The facility was good, even though the property is priced a little higher than the peers. Food was good.

There was no option for having lunch or dinner. Amenities such as TV were not working.
