Şehrin içinde, tarihi bir binada temiz bir konaklamaydı

Kahvaltısı ve yeri mükemmeldi, ztl bölgesinde olup otoparkının olması büyük avantajdı, keyifli ve huzurlu bir arka bahçesi vardı. Tarihi bir binayı çok güzel restore etmişler ve oldukça temizdi

Tuvaletler odanın uzağındaydı. Otopark ücreti daha düşük olabilir

No volviera, hacía muchísimo frío.

El alojamiento bonito y desayuno pasable pero no disponían de leche sin lactosa y eso que lo advertí al reservar el hotel.

Hacía mucho frío en las habitaciones, no había puerta en el baño y la recepcionista era muy borde, la dijimos que hacía frío en la habitación y lo mismo la dio, la calefacción la regulan ellos desde recepción. Las camas muy incómodas, hacían muchísimo ruido y el baño escaso de productos de higiene. En las habitaciones no hay televisión.

One night in Florence

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The building is old and full of history. The decor is super cool and provides an exceptional experience for all guests.

We didn't like that the bathroom was accessible through a shared hallway, though it was a private bathroom with a key.

Convenient stay of 2 nights, AC in room was appreciated, good location, OK breakfast.

Good location, nice spacious reception area, AC in room which was necessary in heat, lovely gardens, helpful staff, close to restaurants and convenient laundromat.

Room dated and a little small for 3 people. Little noisy with regular church bell ringing including early in the morning . Breakfast OK but a little basic in choice.

The price to value was too high.

The room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities needed. It was perfect for a solo traveler like me.

There were wood constructions right in front of my room's window and I was afraid someone might enter my room through the window easily during my absence. But I suppose that was a city administration requirement to reconstruct the walls maybe. The kitchen facilities did not work well.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is in a central but quiet place. 10 minutes walk from the center. It has own parking, which was very practical for us.

perfect location to stay in Florence

the location is perfect. a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. the staff is incredible helpful and friendly and you can park the car which is not common. the reception is 24h open and the door always closed which makes it feel very safe.

Happy to live here, excellent exprience

The location is great and safe, close to the Boboli Gardens and because Florence is so small, it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to walk to other places from this location. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great

The wall near the garden in the decoration can not see the view, but also a little privacy concerns

Great value, family hotel in beautiful setting.

Fantastic location, beautiful old monastic building, very good for family stay.

Rooms on the city side facing the square could be noisy at night. Struggled to sleep the first night due to street cleaning and recycle trash removal.

Superb

Very special and authentic place in an old convent, with tranquil garden in the heart of Florence. There was no luxury, but everything was provided. 24 hours service. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Every staff member that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very spacious, everything is comfortable and it's very clean. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious. Easy to walk anywhere from here.

Location, location. Old Town. Quiet, clean, simple. Internal parking. Very nice and helpful reception. Italian breakfast in the nearby small cafe.

It is a failure of basic communication not to inform guests that renovation work is under way.

This was an excellent location with on-site parking and in an historic building. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

The bedroom facilities were basic, but comfortable enough until the building work started at 7.30am.

Perfect stay in Florence in a wonderful location

The stay was really wonderful. It definitely exceeded my expectations. me and my family stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for suggesting good restaurants and tourist spots. There were quite a lot of good restaurants to enjoy the traditional tuscany food nearby. The breakfast coupons were provided from the reception and could use it in the bakery at the corner which was really a wonderful place. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were renovated. The bathroom had only the shower, not the hand shower, which could have been included. The rooms were kept really neat and cosy. We really enjoyed out stay.

We chosee this place because of it's location which is extremely central for historic Firenze attractions, all within 15 to 35mins walk. We opted to park the car in their space which was quite a value for money and convenient. Breakfast offered at a small family business around the corner which is superb.
