Angesichts der Lage und des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften uns abends auch noch im Frühstückszimmer aufhalten. Die Lage war super (nah am Meer und unweit des Barbican). Unser Zimmer war in einem kleinen Anbau und wir konnten direkt davor parken.

Im Zimmer konnte man einen Raumsprayduft deutlich wahrnehmen, was für eine empfindliche Nase unangenehm war.

Great staff, great appartment, great location & great value for money

Rachel was lovely on arrival, very helpful and welcoming! Short walk to seafront and round to The Barbican. Excellent value for money. Lovely apartment, very clean and in a great location

No views, but you can’t have everything, for that price

Ideal location and recommend that you book the parking to make your stay easy

Easy to find and it’s location is perfect for town centre and the Hoe. Staff were very helpful.

Just what we wanted for our stay.

Comfortable, spacious, clean well equipped and bright room. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. The hotel felt a very safe space. It was well located for our two night stay, close the the sea front, The Hoe and the Barbican area.

Friendly helpful staff,great continental breakfast choices, and well presented and cooked full English. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location to enjoy the gems of Plymouth.

Walk upstairs to top floor after a few beers 😉🤣🤣🤣,not a major issue and wouldnt stop my wife and i staying at the Imperial again in the future.

Convenient and comfortable overall for a visit to Plymouth for a graduation ceremony .

Excellent location for our visit for a graduation ceremony.Excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too.

Fine and friendly with good food and an adequate bedroom.

Breakfast was excellent. Location of hotel was OK. The television did not have a signal but otherwise the room was fine.

There was no bar and the TV did not work. The room could have benefited from a comfortable chair.

Ideal location for most of Plymouth's attractions. Clean room Lovely quality breakfast Friendly staff

Room at the top of the house, with a number of very steep stairs to the room. The room could have done with a spruce up, it was tired looking with flaky paint. En suite was very small and difficult to move around in. The bar was shut completely. No hot water for the shower in the morning, this was mentioned to the receptionist who noted the complaint in a friendly and professional manner.

Reception on ariving was very good with parking easily arranged Breakfast was very good , plent of choice.

Staff were brilliant from arrival until breakfast the next day & departure. Room was excellent & exceeded expectations. Cooked breakfast was prepared well & tasted delicious!

We have no negative criticism about the Imperial Hotel & our stay.

An excellent B&B well deserving of a 10 rating.

Beautiful building, really accessible for central Plymouth, spotlessly clean on arrival, very friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome on check in. Room was perfect, lovely size, clean and cosy. Quiet room, comfy bed, lively hot shower, then a delicious breakfast with a great choice on offer in the morning. Again, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return. Thank you

Very good breakfast, many choices. Staff were excellent. Rachel is a lovely lady and made us very welcome. We stayed before for 6 nights and came back for another 2. Highly recommen.

Breakfast was brilliant, cooked breakfast or cereal with coffee or tea, room was clean and quiet, bath room fittings do require fixing as some were loose and need some TLC.

Great place to stay.

very friendly helpful staff- property convenient to the centre of Plymouth. Great choice of fresh fruit , yogurts as well as a variety of cooked breakfasts.

Very enjoyable

Breakfast was very quick and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good place for the theatre and the city. Will definitely consider another stay

Excellent service from the staff.

Staff helpful, friendly and attentive, always on hand and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean, free parking onsite and breakfast was a good choice of fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast and toast. Great location for Plymouth Hoe and Barbican, short walk to the shops.

I had a great time . We will back again to see all staff and want to eat delicious porridge again.

The staff are all so kind and Heuman. every things well taken care of. I’ve got sick and they were accept me kindly to stay longer than usual.
