Fantastic Manta Port views with an epic bathtub.

The King Suite had a bathtub in the room! Very nice room layout with great views of the Manta Port. Comfortable bed and very hot water in a very nice shower. The restaurant exceeded expectations with great food and unique cocktails... worth going to dinner there even if you don't stay.

The balcony wasn't as private as some options in Manta, but I think this is only true on the top floor of rooms. Sight distance to a neighboring room, and connected to a room behind (but blocked by a plant). Location is also fairly urban... expect normal traffic noise as opposed to the sound of the ocean.

Beautiful modern room with great amenities. Amazing balcony overlooking everything. Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Juan Jose who made sure we were taken care of at every step. Great food from the Restaurant.

International travelers: think twice

Location

Unfortunately you only have one chance to leave your two cents here and then the hotel responds whichever way they please to discredit your thoughts. For what it is worth, out of the over 80 countries I have traveled to, this hotel had the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I advise not to book during COVID times, especially not as an international traveler, because if anything happens due to the pandemic, you are S.O.L. The staff will promise to phone you and never return your calls, not answer your emails. The management will nickel and dime you and you will never see a cent of your money, nor will they move your stay dates. International travelers, stay at a big, well-known, hotel chain and save yourself a headache (and your money). FYI: I had to report this hotel to the Ministry of Tourism.

A gem in Manta

Wow, we splurged for a suite and it was fantastic. 4th floor corner room. Like your first car with power windows. Remote control curtains, fancy living room tub, small balcony facing the marina. Very pleasantly surprised by everything. Staff was great including the restaurant which was terrific. Breakfast was included and was a huge bonus. We own a condo in Manta and we're staying on a date night. Was the best hotel experience in Manta.

There was some construction on our floor, but they did not make much noise until after 8:30 AM, so no real complaints

the breakfast was excellent, the view and the courtesy pick up from the airport.

I thought it was a shuttle situation but you are on your own for the ride back to the airport. It's a short cheap ride though.

EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD OVERALL AS WE STAYED JUST ONE NIGHT

LOCATION WAS GOOD NOTHING CLOSE BY BUT WE HAD A CAR SO DROVE AROUND, BY WALK ITS A LITTLE FAR. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, AT THE TIME WE REQUESTED, MEXICAN WAS OVER, SO A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED.

THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS FOR A COUPLE WITH NO CHILDREN, WE HAVE A BOY 8 YRS OLD, BUT THEY DIDNT ALLOW US, SO WE WERE SHIFTED TO ANOTHER ROOM.
